Easy. They ordered the parts for a Sears lawnmower that Sears no longer sold the parts. Lawn Mower Hospital was able to cross/check parts, find and order them. It seemed easy forth.

They were very professional and on-time. I paid an extra fee for the work to be done quickly but it was worth it.

My mower broke this week and I came and the staff at Lawn Mower hospital helped me find the right parts and explained to me the right way to fix it saving me the time and expense of bringing it it.

They were excellent. They are very helpful. I would use them again.

I had to go back to them three times and was not satisfied with the service. I still had to take the engine to another place to get it fixed. They ended up giving me gas money for time wasted.

They diagnosed the carburetor need a rebuild. Promised a fix and a call in 5 weekdays...after 6 days, I called...they said it was fixed. Got it home and it started fine, ran when I engaged the blades, but still runs rough. Even now, sometimes when I engage the blades it sounds like the engine might die. Even though I'm not terribly satisfied with the work, I said I would use them again since there seems to be a dearth of Toro certified small motor repair places in Colorado Springs.

Great job. They told me it would be ready in a week and it was actually ready a day early.

I went there for the first time and I was very pleased with them. They didn't know that they would be able to fix it because they don't work on electric mowers a whole lot. But they happened to have the parts and they fixed what was broken. They also sharpen the blades. I took it in around 10 o'clock in the morning and they called me around noon and said it was ready. They were willing to take on a job that wasn't something that they normally work on. They were just very responsive.
