Service with Landmark Plumbing and Heating has been absolutely terrible from the beginning. The manager or owner "Charlie" has been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. They have been here repeatedly without fixing the problem. They replaced the pressure regulator valve on my house reporting the water pressure was too high. I have lived here for 20 years without "pressure problems" on the old water heater. After the replacement I now have difficulty watering outside because the pressure is so low. It continued to leak. The pressure release valse on the water heater was replaced. It continues to leak. I came home to intense GAS smells and called the utility company. The gentleman that came informed me that the gas line to the water heater was barely hand tightened and showed me how loose it was as he tighten it. I am now having mold problems and my drywall needs to be replaced and the issue has not been resolved. I CAUTION USE OF THIS COMPANY!! Rheem, the manufacturer of the water heater has not been any more helpful.
