Great communication throughout remediation

This company is fabulous! I was totally stressed when they arrived because of water overflowing in an upstairs bathroom sink. Water seeped down to the basement. The guys came about 6 pm & worked till 9 pm sopping up the water on 3 floors & starting up the fans. Worked all week around our schedule checking fans & moisture & then removing damaged floors, ceiling, & drywall. Stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Very professional & courteous to us. Worked to keep dust & dirt to the affected area. Cleaned up in the work area. Hopefully I will not need their services another time, but I would definitely hire them if I needed to!

Jared and his crew thoroughly dried out the attic, got rid of the mold, sanded and resealed the wood supporting structures, and called in a roofer to ensure proper ventilation. They were professional, helpful, concerned and kept me informed along the way. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and I am very happy with the project. I highly recommend KW Restoration.

Kw had men at my house with in a few hours, they quickly moved furniture and pulled wet carpet. They were professional and clean. Great job thank you

I needed my popcorn ceiling scraped, and some other stuff in my house done. Worked with Don to get this project complete, he was very professional and easy to work with. KW dealt with the subcontractors and made sure the work was done to our standards even with the issues that came up (which can happen when doing projects). Highly recommend KW

Kw was big help on getting our recent flooding incident squared away. Damage included multiple levels and different flooring types and walls, but Nathan and his team made the whole ordeal easier and less stressful. Was out of the country for 7 months but they worked with the wife with no issue and the work done was better than I could have hoped for. Walls, flooring, and carpet were awesomely done and they did not hesitate to help prep documents/records that the insurance company would ask for. If I had known before hand that they do more than just restoration I would've trusted them to handle the demo, drying etc.

Very quick to come to the project site and responsive to my questions.
