+ -1 moreFirst of all, he is punctual. Only one time, Todd had another job holding him up. He called me and explained the situation and we rescheduled. Todd is really fair on his prices and estimates. He explains what he's doing and answers questions readily. He does the job right the first time so you don't have to have him come back to fix the problem again!
Description of Work: We've had to call Todd on several occasions. It seemed that our house was rupturing lines and breaking sewage drains every 3 months...no joke! He installed a water line going to our shower, He fixed our sewage line and used the proper kind of pipe (our home has a lot of out of code problems with sewage lines which eventually will have to be replaced), replaced broken drain, fixed valve coming into the back of the toilet, to name a few.

+ -1 moreWe have an older home and we needed a lot of work done.Todd has come out at least 4 or 5 times the past few weeks to help with plumbing during our remodeling The experience has been wonderful. I am very happy with his service and we will be having him come out again soon to help us with installing new doors and frames. He is very reasonably priced too, he was a $1000 dollars lower than even the lowest bid from other contractors in our area.
Description of Work: Todd has been helping us with the plumbing work while I am remodeling my mothers bathroom.
