Their Agent Mike Ockert, has been the worst experience we ever had with a realtor. He was trying to get us out of getting a VA loan, when WE wanted to get one. He also try to get us out of using USAA as our lender, when no one else would give us a better rate. We had lender companies in the area calling us, because he had given our information out. He is no expert in giving the best financial advise, I found my self getting on a fight with him, after he started screaming at me on the phone. He gives me the impression of the real estate agent that just wants to close the deal and get his money, with out looking after the buyers best interest. DO NOT USE HIM.

My experience with Keller-Williams and their agent Mike Ockert Inconsistent comments where one house he would make sure to point out faults and yet not at another that may have had similar problems, including the home I purchased. In the process for the house purchased He became rude and abusive after I put down earnest money on the house when I had some problems with the lender I had first began with and decided to switch to Wells Fargo which saved me money. Mike yelled at me on the phone that I was going to ruin the deal and lose my earnest money. Throughout the process of purchasing the home I did I felt pressured to continue especially when I was ready to let the earnest money go when the lender began to hold up the situation before I switched to Wells Fargo. Mike claimed that the other agent, who was also the seller, had all receipts for work done while he owned the home, but never turned any over to me until after closing on the house and the receipts were not complete as to work done or proposed. Only receipts for work that needed a permit pulled were disclosed, probably because it would be easy to discover through the city building offices the work was done. Other work not disclosed I discovered through conversations with neighbors. After purchasing the home, I found within two weeks that there appeared to be some serious problems the previous owner covered and didn’t disclose. When I called Mike about the fourteen month warranty that he told me I would have when working through him and Keller-Williams, he told me that they had ended that policy a few months before we closed on the house. I have a document where he absolutely guarantees that I will have the coverage on any home purchased through them. After describing many of the issues with the house discovered and being told there is no warranty, I didn’t hear from Mike again. The bottom line is that I felt at times that Mike was more interested in closing and getting his commission than working for me, and I have no desire to ever work with him or Keller-Williams in the future.
Description of Work: Keller Williams sends a list of properties available via e-mail weekly. Mike Ockert, my agent would call monthly.

We put rental property on the market on the Western Slope. It took much longer to sell than we expected. This sale was for a 1031 exchange, which means that there would be a time crunch to find and finalize the purchase of the new property. We were able to sell and buy a perfect property. Along the way, we saw more properties than I could count and made offers on 3. But, we finally got the right one.
Description of Work: Dee Dee helped us look for a house over a period of almost a year. She showed us dozens of properties and patiently waited while our other property sold. She also helped us search. She now manages the investment property she helped us buy. I would recommend her without hesitation. She went way beyond our expectations.
