I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM EVEN IF THEY WERE GIVING HOUSES AWAY! I've went into their office on Tutt multiple times and every time maybe worse than the last. The two front women have terrible customer service skills and attitudes. Every time I've went in to gather information about their programs or even try to work with their people, they treat you like they don't want you there. I even brought my boss with me last week so she could gather information for trying to work with their vendor program, which she's done thousands of times. She even felt like she was treated like unwanted trash. Called to speak with their manager Casey Clark. After a very brief conversation with Casey, I learned where the problem starts. Please don't use them. Use the other Keller Williams companies.
Description of Work: Vendor program information and general assistance.

Mr. Darryl Simmons from Keller Willams Partners sold our house in March 2015, we can?t say enough good things about him. He has low-key personality, and he does not get on your face to market himself. Don?t let his modesty fool you because he is a first rate Realtor. Our house was located in the wildfire recovered area, and although the house was extensively renovated, the house was tough to sell due to the area and being in the higher price range. Darryl was patient and did not let one opportunity to slip through. The thing about Darryl we like the most is that he listens and pays attention to each client. We had some conditions we laid out before we signed with Darryl, and he held fast on the condition. We gave him the bottom line, and told him we did not want to go back and forth negotiating. That is exactly what he did. We did not hear back from him until he accomplished what we wanted and protected us from all the negotiation details. We used another reputable and well-known Realtor before Darryl, but he was not able to sell the house within the listing period. We received much higher level of service from Darryl when we re-listed our house with him. We would definitely sign with Darryl again if we ever have a real estate need in the Pikes Peak area!
Description of Work: listed and sold the house.

Derek and his team were excellent! We interviewed several agents before selecting Derek. He was friendly and very professional. He gave us an estimate of what we could ask for. We wanted to go a bit higher, and he agreed. His team provided help in staging the house for sale (a service other agents asked us to pay for) and listed it on multiple sites on the web. His team took multiple photos of the property, and used them efficiently. He knows that some web sites allowed more photos than others, and took the appropriate amount so we would not have duplicate photos on line. We got a full price offer less than 36 hours after it went on the market. Derek then handled all the paperwork. When the buyers asked for some specific repair work done on the house, he had a number of contacts, and gave us all of them. He did not steer us to anyone in particular, but gave us two or three people he had worked with in the past and then let us choose the provided with who we felt most comfortable. Throughout the whole process of getting ready to sell through the final closing, Derek was always available. He gave us his cel number and was always there to answer our questions. He kept us informed of every step. His rates were fair, asking only 3% of the selling price (standard in the industry) but then gave us a break on the purchase of our next home. Given all the extra work he and his team did, I would say his costs or more than reasonable
Description of Work: We listed our house with the Wagner iTeam. They helped set the asking price and provided help in staging the house. They took care of all the advertising and then worked all the paperwork to get the house sold

At first great. I take care of the house, making sure the lawn and garden is excellently cared for (by a lawn service), make sure it's clean, and am a quiet tenant. I always pay my rent on time. However, maybe the other realtors in this office are okay, but as a property manager for my rental in Colorado Springs, Bob Fountain is unethical and a bully. He tried to make me pay for a plumbing repair that the landlord should pay because he said it was "negligence" on my part. I didn't flush anything at all unusual in the toilet, but the whole house, from the street, backed up into the house (in the laundry room). I couldn't use any of the toilets (they wouldn't flush), nor the sinks, tubs, the dishwasher or the washing machine (the sewage backed up into the laundry room). Bob doesn't care that I take care of the house. Apparently the owners don't either. Mr. Fountain may be great as a representative of the landlords of the house, but he is a horrid landlord/property manager to deal with. If he ever comes after me again for a repair that the landlords should pay, I will make him sue me in small claims court. I would LOVE for a judge to hear my side of the story because he is WRONG. Don't rent any property where Bob Fountain is the property manager. He'll just screw you over. And, based on my experience, I would hesitate to allow him to represent me as a buyer's or a seller's agent, too. This type of unethical behavior isn't a fluke.
Description of Work: I rent a house through Bob Fountain in Keller Williams Realty.

My wife and I were forced, due to overwhelming medical bills to file for bankruptcy a little over two years ago. This is important to know because, We met Jared Crocker through an email ad, that his company put out in May of 2011. Due to federal laws that prohibited us from buying within the first two years of our bankruptcy, we could not purchase (or sign on the dotted line) until August of 2011. So, from the time we were introduced to Jared, until we could buy was nearly 4 months. Most, would have walked away and said, "Call me when your ready." Jared said, "Use the time to look for the house you want." and, "I'll be there to show you the homes if you'd like." Jared, is an honest guy and you get that feeling right from the start. Once we met with Jared and told him what we were looking for, he went right to work for us, sending us email listings that applied to our wants. I can't say enough how much Jared 'held us up' during the rough times; looking at a home that we'd see and didn't get because someone else made a better offer, or the time we'd gone to a home to look at it, and the occupant refused us entry. I was ready to quit, but Jared recognized my frustration and suggested we take a break for a week or two. Buying a home isn't as easy as they make it sound on TV and radio. There is a lot of foot work to do as far as looking at homes. Jared went the extra mile, making suggestions along the way and steering us away from homes he'd already looked at prior to us with other clients knowing the home would not meet our needs, he never told us we couldn't look at a home, but rather, he'd explain what he saw, and why he believed it wasn't going to be worth our time, leaving the ultimate decision up to us. I truly believe if we'd had any other agent than Jared, they'd have dumped us long before we found the home we have now. He has always carried himself in the most professional way, business wise -- dress wise, is another story. If you're looking for a stiff suit, and mercedes-benz as a measure of success, than Jared is not your guy, but if your looking for a guy who's patient, full of great suggestions, willing to work any hour day or night, weekends too, who'll always answer the phone, shoot you a text if he can't call, then Jared is your guy. His jeans and dress shirt attire was not only refreshing, but made me feel like I was looking for a home with a friend, not a businessman. He was never pushy, always patient, and good for a laugh when he could obviously see that we were frustrated. Jared kept saying "you'll know the house you're looking for once you've walked into it." I couldn't believe it, how could I find the right house in this market? So many of them were trashed out, and just horrible. But Jared was right, we walked into our home, completely off the grid, meaning we hadn't intended on looking at this particular house, but it was along the route from point A to point B. We flashed our head lights as he was leading the way to the next viewing, we pulled over and called the selling realtor, we got in the house, looked around and BAM!!! WE KNEW WE were in the house of our dreams. Jared and his company really impressed us. I could go on, and tell you about those certain times he was unable to go to a viewing due to personal prior commitments, and how another agent covered for him...but instead, I'll let you experience the great experience of having a Realtor who you know is on your side, and genuinely more concerned about finding you the home of your dreams than his commission, and then you can write the next incredible experience report about Jared Crocker and the company he works for.
Description of Work: Jared Crocker was our realtor who assisted us in looking for, and buying our first ever home.
