They tore the tile to take out the tub. It took them 5 weeks to bring my tub back. They said they would repair the damages, but they have not come. They tell me every week that they are going to come but they never show. I am so frustrated with this company and no one is responding back to me. Now that they are not responding to me I am going to have to hire someone else and pay more money for their mistake.

Service tech came to my home to a**** spa problems. He arrived at the requested time and he was able to quickly identify problem with motor and provide suggested solutions. The issues we had required an entirely new pump motor. Just Cozy was able to order one that was very price competitive and once the pump arrived at their store, gave me the option of having them come back to perform the exchange or take the pump and perform the work myself. I chose to do the exchange myself after getting a few tips form them. I was able to get the spa back up and operating without any trouble.

It was not a good experience. I feel ripped off. And my hot tub still doesn't work.. I have another repair service coming out tomorrow, 6 weeks after I started this process. Hopefully, it will go ok.
Description of Work: My hot tub was not heating. They were unable to send out a tech for a week. On the scheduled date he called to say his current job was taking longer than he thought and would come out the next day. When he arrived he tested components with some type of electric probe and said he didn't know what was wrong. But I should empty the tub ( the weather was turning cold and expected to freeze) He would do some research and come back when the weather got better. He charged me $75 for the service call and $49.50 for his "labor". He wrote on the receipt that he would waive the service charge when he came back when the weather got better. My canister lock ring was broken, which he took with him, so he could order a new one. When the weather got warm , I called twice to resheduale. And was told he would call when he returned to the shop. ( I later was told he was out of town on a service call. ) When I finally talked to someone at the office they put me in touch with another tech, who was going to schedule a call when I was back in town and the weather was warm. When I call the 2nd tech, I was told by the person who answered that I should call the shop back. I left a message with them tabout which day I would like them to schedule the service call. Later that day they left me a message that they no longer had anyone who could service my spa. But If I would wait another 3 weeks the owner wouild be back from vacation

What started as a faulty air switch (which wasn't the problem), turned into a 2 month long ordeal that included all of the services outlined above. Could anyone else have done better? I don't know. What I will say is that the owner is selling the company and things are in disarray.
Description of Work: Installed an air switch, then a new pump motor, then a thermastat, then rewired the whole electrical system.

Ed was great he took it apart replaced the moter cleand the filters. and then cleand up after him self I was imprest with his worh and manners.

There was a special problem with my hot tub as it had been worked on by someone that didn't have the knowledge that Ed did. Ed went throught everything and figured out what the other guy did and why. Then Ed made the proper adjustments to get the hot tub working at it's best.
Description of Work: Jus Cozi Spas & Service did and expert job on my old hot tub. Ed's knowledge and attitude was above and beyond great service. He took time to make sure I was up and running before he left. He also trained me on how to take better care of my hot tub. It was a great experience and I will only go to him in the future, for all of my hot tub needs. Thank's Ed.

I couldn't wait a week for the company my Home Warranty provider recommended so we called these guys - wonderful to work with! Very prompt, they found the problem with the motor. It was cracked and had to be replaced. While we waited for the part to come in (2 days) they fixed it temporarily and also came out after 5pm to put in the new motor (at now extra charge). They called the next day to make sure we didn't have any other problems. Awesome people! And we found out they put the hot tub in originally back in the 80's with the previous owner of the house.
