These gentlemen were amazing! They went over everything in detail and took a few small additional items I identified while they were here. The cost was reasonable and they were very professional. I will definitely use Junk King in the future!

Here on time, had everything out in time for new furniture to come in. Very responsive to my phone calls and timing issues. Will absolutely use them again when Spring cleaning time comes around!

They were friendly and quick. They explained costs ahead of time which allowed me to decide to discard of one of my items differently, saving me money. They even provided a separate itemized list of the hail damaged items for my use with insurance.

They were awesome! We've been trying to find someone for two or three weeks. His name was Justin and he was great!

Called before arriving, and drove up exactly when scheduled. Gave an estimate that was more than fair, loaded the items to be removed, and even swept up the space in the garage where the items had been located. The whole visit took about 15 minutes. Both workers were friendly and courteous, and worked well together. I would definitely recommend them, and would use this service if I needed other items removed.

The gentlemen arrived on time, quickly loaded all the junk from the yard and garage, and took the junk away.

Our experience with Junk kings was great from the phone call to the pick up. everyone that I had contact with was extremely nice and professional. When the gentleman were taking our boxes there was a few times that they had noticed one of our kids were adding toys to the pile and they were so nice about catching it and making sure we got them back. it was a fabulous experience and we will definitely call them again if needed, and I will definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends!

The workers arrived early and completed the work in a very short time. They did an excellent job.

It was easy to book a time online. They called 20-25 minutes before they came to let us know they were coming. The time window was between 10-noon. They got here around 10:30 - well within their window. They were quick, courteous, did the job and cleaned up behind themselves. Great experience. I don't enjoy paying to have to haul junk, but I can't do it myself due to a bad back. If you have to have help - this company will get it done for you.

This service was excellent. Two friendly and capable men called ahead of time, showed-up when they said, and helped load the junk and construction waste into their truck. They also assisted me in moving some heavy and bulky items out of the basement. I'm very, very satisfied with the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of this service.

This is an A++++ company which we would highly recommend!!!! Extremely professional, courteous, and thorough! We were so happy with their first truck load of materials that we hired them for a second load and will be using them again here shortly for branches and leaves from our five acres! It went well but they always say they cannot take all the junk unless you pay an extra $50-$100 , it seems odd that they can instantly come up with that amount just by looking at a pile of junk for a few seconds. We've used them twice now and they have always been punctual and efficient but their pricing doesn't seem to be very structured.

They were fast and on time. I used a 99.00 special coupon for 256.00 (value) for hauling. There was no prior estimate so i did not know if i had a balance as they loaded the items. Its not very clear how much they haul for the 99.00, it is termed 1/4 of a pick of truck load, which is their large trucks not a standard truck. So i used 206.00 out of the 256.00 i purchased for 99.00 so i saved aprox 50%. The one thing that did bother me and i did email them on was their email receipts, they show a 1 cent balance. The response was that when no actual cash payment is taken the software does not allow them to issue a PAID IN FULL invoice. I find this so funny for a large franchise company to have very out of date software. So if you need a paid in full invoice you will have to work that out. Overall they did what was stated were on time and completed the job. Only compliant are the two procedural ones.

Ben and Tom arrived in the 2 hour window they said they would. I showed them through our townhouse we are emptying and the marked things we wanted hauled away. They worked for the better part of an hour picking and choosing the next item to put into their truck until they'd gotten everything. Tom brought to my attention a box he'd taken out that was marked to be hauled away that he was concerned I might not want to lose. Good thing he did, because, I'd mistakenly left a tag on a box I then used to put stuff we wanted to keep. That was excellent service in my opinion.

AWESOME from start to finish. Easily scheduled online Thursday for an 0800 Monday appointment. Two men arrived shortly after 0800, quickly evaluated the job and provided a quote that we accepted. In less than an hour, they had the pile loaded up, to include raking up even small debris in the area. Will definitely use Junk King again.

It went fine. They did what they said they would do. It was just fine. They picked up a bunch of stuff for me and took care of it.

They called saying they were going to be about 30 minutes late. After 2 hours, I called them and was told they were told to go to a different job and they would be able to come out. I called the office and the manager (sorry I forgot his name) told me he would have them come out ASAP and wouldn't charge me if there was any extra junk that was beyond the special. They did exactly that. I understand when there are issues, but the true test of a company is how they remedy the issues. They lived up to their word and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them.

I was glad to have a choice of a morning or afternoon two hour window in which to expect them. Unfortunately I had to call them when the two hours was up and they were a no call, no show. The driver called me and said they were running late. I would have expected a call from them if that was the case. They arrived about 20 minutes later. From then on, they took a look at all that needed to go and got right to work. They were fast and efficient and polite. I am pleased overall.

I liked their ease of use and the fact that they are very easy to work with as far as picking up things is. It took them about an hour. They are easy to work with, they show up on time and there are no hassles.
