I couldn’t be happier! From the time Gary came to do my roof inspection to the final paperwork, everything went to smoothly. Gary gave me such honest advice and feedback. When the crew showed up to replace the roof, they were on time and worked so hard. Finished in the same day, including cleanup. Gutters were installed the next afternoon. It’s now two months later and all my neighbors are either still waiting for materials or have many issues with their installs. So glad I went with JR Roofing and avoided all those headaches. I hope I won’t be needing another roof anytime soon, but if I do, I will be using JR Roofing again without question. So happy!

It went well, they had the old shingles off and new ones on the same day and the were very professional on the instillation and just as important, the clean up. They answered all my questions and answered questions I hadn't even thought about. I would hire them for other jobs in a heartbeat, in fact I hired them to replace my gutters. I had a leak in ceiling in my garage and scheduled an inspection on Monday. I was also curious if I had a impact resistant shingles as I was not sure since I had previously purchased the house as a short sale. Gary was 8 minutes early, very polite and informative. Gary inspected the entire roof, took several pictures and walked me through the type of roof I had. He did notice a minor defect and offered to fix it but ended up advising me on how to fix it which was gladly welcomed. In the end, there was no charge and I walked away a whole lot more educated. I know who I will be calling for my future roof needs! Thanks again Gary.

The initial meet and greet went fine. He even explained a few things about our roof we didn't know. However, once the inspection was done the promised report and estimate were never emailed. The inspection was done on 9/25 and the report/estimate was promised on 9/26.

First of all, everything that turned out well is thanks to Gary who is marvel of roofing knowledge and straight talk. I talked with half a dozen roofers over the last year. Gary was the only one who had the expertise and the decency not to b.s. or overcharge us. An Honest Roofer! His company delivered the material and began work in less than two weeks from our initiating the project. The crew was efficient, completing the job on the first day. We required additional work to reinstall our gutter covers. Brian was sent over and he did a great job using some replacement covers and some original ones. Worked out great. I mention this because Gary said that any issues with the gutter covers would be theirs and that everything was covered. And it was! If you don't hire these guys, it will be your loss. By the way, the Class 4 Malarkey synthetic shingles are rated against damage with hail up to 4.5 inches. Nice product, great company!

JR worked with the roof tile company to replace fro free. We upgraded the tile and paid the difference. Very long process but great job when it was finished. JR was great to work with and installation took 2 days.

JR Roof Maintenance did an amazing job. We needed a new roof due to hail damage and Gary came over and inspected the roof and gave us a quote. Throughout the whole process Gary walked us through it, from insurance to inspection. We are thrilled with the job well done and the cherry on top was that we weren't overcharged or talked into anything we didn't need. I will always recommend JR to my friends and family should they ever need any work on their roof, and I will never call anyone else in the future. Thank you so much Gary for taking care of us during this difficult time.

They did a great job, very professional and thorough.

Everything went well. 2 small issues. The crew had to be reminded to come back and finish the work. (It took 1 phone call and it was handled.) Trash was not picked up. Overall we were very happy!

Caulked around vents, pipes on roof. Recommended handyman for sheet rock replacement for mold.

The company did a good job and the work was completed in a timely fashion.

The problem was found and was referred to a handy man replace and extract mold and sheet rock area inside of laundry.

It went very well & only cost me the offer on Angie's List.

The on-site work was scheduled and performed in a timely and professional manner. The company representative also inspected our detached garage and barn roofs at no additional cost, an effort above and beyond the scope of the package I purchased. While on-site, he showed us photos on his phone of the maintenance work and overall roof condition, taking time to explain everything and answer our questions. However, we never received the "unbiased storm damage report" that was to be included. Apparently this was due to a misunderstanding over whether we "wanted" the written report. Although the rep offered to send me a report after I followed up, I never heard from him again. Bottom line, the actual work performed on the roof was excellent, but the report was not provided. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to others, but this was a reminder to me to make absolutely certain all expectations are clear and agreed to by both parties.

The gentleman did extra work and recommended some additional issues for repair and offered me a 50% discount because I am a veteran. They were professional.

Honest service, good repairs on minor items found at no additional cost. Would certainly use again for any job, large or small.

Work was done quickly, surprising as this was after a major wind event that damaged buildings through out the county, and professionally.

Gary was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and very professional, courteous, and patient. He explained everything that his company was going to do, offered advice and guidance, and answered all my questions. He was able to schedule the reroofing in October, even though his company was backed up with hail damage claims from the east side of Colorado Springs. They did a fantastic job, and performed the job on time and quickly. My mother also had solar tubes installed in the roof at the same time, and JR Roof Maintenance worked well with that contractor, and worked around the new solar tubes without any problems. The roof looks great, and I could not be happier. I would recommend JR Roof Maintenance to anyone. Their pricing was also very competitive with other roofing contractors in the city. I am very pleased!

Gary helped me complete some hail damage repairs quickly as it was a requirement from my insurance company before I could close on another house. They were excellent every step of the way and I couldn't be happier.
