My husband and I were fortunate to have located Joy Greenlee on Angie's List and we began corresponding via email. We had specific ideas about the location, type of home, and price range we wished to find. Within hours of our first contact Joy sent a customized home search based on this criterion. From there we changed parameters a bit and Joy updated and added a second and later a third search. At this point in time we were faceless names on Joy’s email yet she kept us informed of any homes on our searches that were taken off the market as well as new listings she thought we may wish to look at. After we received an offer to purchase our home our situation changed from looking at the listings to making an appointment with Joy to find a home to purchase. Upon our arrival in Colorado Springs, we finally had our first face-to-face meeting at Joy’s office. Joy had prepared a packet for us that included homes to look at in the morning and more for the afternoon. She was very organized and had made all the necessary arrangements for viewing properties. The second home we looked at gave each of us that “this is the one” feeling as soon as we walked into the living room. We viewed a few more homes and by the time Joy took us to lunch we had decided to skip the afternoon showings, return to the office and make an offer. The following morning our offer was accepted and Joy orchestrated the smooth flow of paperwork from several individuals leading to the on-time closing on our new home. I wish to emphasize that Joy listened carefully to what we told her we were looking for. She showed us only homes that were within the price range we specified with the features we requested. She is very professional, knows her business, is on time, returns phone calls and emails promptly and is a pleasant person with whom to do business.

A truly excellent real estate experience. Joy Greenlee is the most personable and professional Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. This was our fifth house purchase in over thirty years. From start to finish, Joy provided patient and caring service as we searched for the "right house" for our retirement. During all phases of the search and contract preparations, she "walked" us through the process with ease. After contracting to purchase the house, we returned to the east coast to prepare for our move .She maintained regular contact with us; keeping us informed of the progress towards closing. Since we could not be present, she handled all closing and settlement details for us. Then after the settlement, she personally managed the property for a month, until we could relocate. Our entire experience with Joy Greenlee of RE/MAX was a delight. we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional real estate agent.
