Jeff made everything super easy! He was very responsive, got us a quote quickly and was punctual. He patched 20 square feet of carpet and I can’t even tell that the difference between the existing carpet and the patched area. He was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Jeff showed up early and got right to work re-stretching the carpet in several places. Did an excellent job and the carpet looked great when he was finished.

Jeff was quick to reply to my email via Angie's List. He requested pictures and size of room and provided an estimate. He then scheduled time to complete the job (within a week of estimate). He was on time, professional and friendly. Carpet was re-stretched and looks great (no more lumps!).

If you need carpet repair, CALL JEFF!! We had several areas of our carpet that were bubbling and needed to be re-stretched. Jeff was quick to return my call and after a few questions quoted me a very reasonable price to complete the work. I scheduled with him the next day and we have able to fit me in a few days later. The morning of my appointment, Jeff called and informed me he was running early and if it would be convenient he could be at my house an hour before the appointment time. He was professional and inspected all the concern areas and then informed me he would drop the price since the spots would be quickly taken care of. He finished the work within the hour! Fair and honest dealing always impresses me, and he certainly was incredibly fair. He even walked through the basement of our house and pointed out some areas where we may need to re-stretch the carpet down there and gave me a general quote and some good advice on what to watch for in the future. Jeff will definitely will be our go-to guy for carpet repair from now on!

This was our first time using Angie's List and the experience was good. When I called for an estimate, Jeff was on my side of town and came out within the hour and gave us an estimate. We scheduled a date that day to perform the work. He showed up on time and did the work in the time that he had stated. He went beyond my expectations. He replaced some tack strip at no extra charge. I was happy with the end result, price and professionalism. I would recommend Jeff's Carpet Repair to anyone.

Jeff arrived when he said he would and performed the work as promised. We didn't discuss disposal of the old carpet ahead of time and I didn't realize that I would have to do that, but as it wasn't too much carpet, it was not difficult to put it with other trash for pickup.

Jeff came today to do the work. He was efficient, professional, and completed all the work in record time. I would highly recommend him for carpet repair. He did work that I didn't think really could be accomplished without moving out of our house! Our carpet has new life now, thanks to Jeff. Where we were thinking we would have to replace all this 17-year old carpet, it now looks like new!

He had a family medical emergency day before our appointment had heart attack)and referred all booked customers to two others- Gary & A Carpet Doctor.com. I was able to reach A Carpet Doctor.com first and the guy did a fantastic job on patching the 2 stained areas on the carpet. He used the carpet from a closet for the patches and replaced that with a similar carpet remnant we purchased from Home Depot.Jeff had told us to match the remnant with a swatch of carpet from under a floor vent register. We have the contact info on all 3 companies. We will use and refer any of them in the future.

Stretched the living room carpeting and repaired carpet in two areas of the hallway. Jeff arrived on time and helped move some of the furniture in the living room to fix the carpeting. Good workmanship, final price was a little less than the estimate I received over the phone. Would use his services again.

He was quick and efficient. The job looks good. I just wished he would have swept up his mess. There were pieces of carpet and a little bit of glue left from where he worked.

I called Jeff after reading the positive reviews he'd received. He arrived at the house right on time, and was pleasant and professional. I had hoped to carpet both basement bedrooms with the carpeting removed from the living/dining room, but, after measuring, Jeff determined there wasn't quite enough carpet. At his suggestion, I purchased a remnant at Lowe's, and he installed the "recycled" carpeting in one bedroom and the remnant in the other. Jeff had the right tools and the experience necessary to install the carpeting, and the rooms look beautiful. I was able to use the 10%-off coupon he offered on this site, so the final price was $270, down from $300.

It went very well. No delays, no problems. Very professional.
