They scheduled an 8 AM window cleaning several weeks ahead. We got up early to move heavy furniture and plants away from the windows and contain the dogs. 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive they called and said it was going to rain and they would come the next day. I said it rains every afternoon here, could they at least come clean the inside windows since we had moved all of the furniture. We were told that we would be charged extra for the trip to our house as we were the only ones in our area that they would be servicing as everyone else had canceled because of the rain. They said they would come the next day at the same time so we did not move the furniture etc back. They never showed or called so we had to call them and it took a long time to get a return call! Poor customer service & communication! The previous owner did a much better job! Some of the above ratings were about their work.

We have been using Jacob's Ladder to clean our windows on a quarterly basis for several years. They have always done an excellent job and have recommended their company to many. So nice to not have to schedule this each quarter and to have nearly continuous clean windows.

He arrived right on time and was very professional. He did a fantastic job on our dirty windows (cleaned both inside and outside) and was careful to leave each window looking immaculate. He also cleaned all the screens. His price was very reasonable for the tremendous amount of work he did. I highly recommend Jacob's Ladder Window Cleaning.

Washed windows inside and out. My great room is two storied high and has multiple windows. Cleaned the gutters and installed Rain Flow which is a product that prevents debris from collecting in gutters. Mathew did a GREAT job! He was punctual, efficient, and answered all my questions.

Jacob's ladder was exceptional. From the estimate to the very last spot. I have Pella windows which have four sides and are very difficult to wash. The gentleman (I am very sorry I have forgotten his name!) who came to do my windows was very professional, extremely detailed and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the windows. It started to rain just as he was starting the outside, so he returned the next day to finish - and worked again on any smudges or spots that were not caught on the first day. I would highly recommend Jacob's Ladder. I was so pleased with them that I subscribed to their quarterly service - returning every three months to clean the exterior panes.

Our windows have never been professionally cleaned. The cleaner was very professional and polite. He cleaned all our windows, screens inside and out. It took him two days to complete the work. The windows look great. When I received a quote, I asked if they would clean the window rails. They do not. It is something to keep in mind. He cleaned our gutters and they work great. I recommend Jacobs Ladder to others and will have them back.

A few months back, I hired them to Clean my clients windows, inside/out and to do the same for mine. I thought that we had discussed that part of the process was cleaning the tracks and such. After they were done, I went to my clients house (vacant) and noticed that the slider had to be recleaned, that the tracks were not touched, that ultimately the job was average/fair. I noticed several other windows had streaks. The same for my house ... everything was cleaner, yet not up to the standards that I was hoping for. For my home, I had agreed to them coming back for quarterly cleaning of the outside. I must have misunderstood, because I thought it included the screens. Yet it didn't include the screens. They just finished with my windows a few minutes ago, and I just checked a couple windows and there is defintie streaking. The idea of hiring someone to clean windows and have them come back quartely is appealing, yet I expect them to be really clean. The crew and owner are very courteous and timely.

Had Jacob's Ladder go to another location than our home. Appreciated his attitude and his knowledge.

I have many windows in my house and his service costs me around $100 but for the first time I had spent a little more. I can trust him to do the work when I’m not there at home. He is thorough, trustworthy and knows what he is talking about. I rate them very highly.

Jeff did a great job and even came and did the job on a very cold day. (I needed the work done in a timely manner since I was putting my house on the market and was having photos done.) He did a great job at a fair price.. He also has a maintence service to clean 4 times a year at a reduced price after the initial cleaning is done. His price of $212 was $100 less than quote from Fish. I will use him again and again.

They arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and did a great job on the windows. At one point my wife asked what they were cleaning. Turns out the sliding glass door was so clean she didn't realize it was closed. They even got the paint and stucco overspray off the glass. We're so happy with the work that we signed up for their maintenance cleaning.

The gentleman who performed the work showed up on time. He was personable and worked quickly. The work was performed within the time frame quoted. Though numerous screens were removed for cleaning all were replaced undamaged. My complaint would be that the description of the finished product was "best cleaning possible" and "detailed by hand." While the glass was left clean, the interior of the window frames was a swipe at best, leaving a significant amount of dirt behind and clear marks showing where the wet rag cleaned and didn't clean. Also, a few of the screens were dirty on the inside from remodeling work done previously. I expected that a removed screen would be washed inside and out but that did not appear to be the case. The inside of a couple of the screens was left very dirty. I got clean glass but, for the money, I expected clean windows.

Jeff from Jacob's Ladder came out to give me an estimate to clean the windows on my house. They had not been professionally cleaned in 8 years, and they were very dirty. He arrived promptly, and the estimate was less than I had been expecting based on what I had paid for similar work in the past. He also offers a very reasonable maintenance program, which I am considering. We were able to schedule the cleaning within a week, and Jeff and his assistant arrived close to on schedule. They did an excellent job of cleaning the windows, which looks fabulous. It took about 2 hours for inside and outside, including windows that are pretty high off the ground (more than 2 stories). They were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves (except they forgot a couple cleaning supplies on the front porch). I would recommend Jeff as a reasonably priced, high quality service. He also mentioned several other services he can provide, which I would consider for the future.

My windows were really dirty. I was going to rent my townhouse and wanted it to look great. I got a reasonable estimate and had the windows cleaned. It was unbelievable how good they looked when he was done. They were invisible! I wish I had them cleaned sooner so I could have enjoyed them longer. I am going to have the windows cleaned at my new house tomorrow. He was fast, didn't make a mess--I could not be happier with the services.

We had recently moved in our home and couldn't wait to have all our windows cleaned. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Most of the windows had a film over them decreasing visibility of most views. Jeff arrived as scheduled and after explaining his system to us, got right to work. Jeff had another man working with him. They both made us aware of any issues with the windows, scratches, etc. Jeff knew I was concerned about protecting window treatments and carpet and made every effort to reassure me. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Our windows are literally spotless! We had the screens cleaned as well and the final result exceeded our expectations. We plan to have Jeff come on a regular basis! Thanks, Jeff and Josh for an awesome job!

Once I had the initial cleaning done, I've had them come quarterly to maintain my windows.

They do very good work and are very professional and speedy. They do detailed work, which is excellent. I pay them each time they come. It costs $77 for outside only on a full-sized house. The first time around, they did the work very thoroughly, both inside and out, but I don’t remember that cost. We would definitely use them again in the future.

It is a one man operation. He came to our home three times because he likes to work quarterly. He was pretty fast, professional, prompt, and friendly. He did a good job.
