Ivan's Tile and Carpet Cleaning

Went very well. Prompt, courteous, effective.

Got it done quickly and coordinated very well with remediation company that was using dehumidifiers, etc. to dry out sub-flooring. Place looks great and tenants were able to move back in quickly. Very responsive and cost concious. Will use for any flooring, tile, carpet cleaning needs in the future.

They did two different things. We had our basement flooded in an accident. We needed to buy some new carpeting, and replace all the carpet. I went around town, and got multiple bids. I was recommended by a friend to use Ivan. Ivan suggested to get a bid from Pro Source Carpet , and then had Ivan install it. Ivan also sold us the pad. Their crew (4 Guys) had to move all the furniture downstairs. They also did a lot of clean up with the ruined carpet/padding in the basement. They did a great job. They are very professional, and polite. They are great people. The other thing Ivan did was clean the upstairs carpet in our house, as well as the steps. He is such a pleasant person, and has very reasonable prices. We saved money by buying the carpet, and pad from him.. I cannot say anything bad about him. I would highly recommend him, and his crew. His normal price is $25 per room for cleaning carpet, which is very reasonable. We are really thankful for Ivan getting the house back in order my husband's birthday party.

I was amazed. I wouldn't have even attempted to clean the 6-month-old carpet that was trashed by a tenant I had to evict. It had big chunks of god-knows-what stuck to it, dark black spots that looked like irreversible stains everywhere. I thought for sure I'd have to replace it. Ivan got it clean -- like new even. I hired him again today to do another one. I'm very impressed.

We just had our carpet cleaned and we couldn't be happier with how the carpets turned out. We have tried 2 other companies but his work was hands down, much better. He was very easy to work with and professional. Ivan is honest and a great person to work with. It is evident he cares about the work he does and his experience in this field shows. We will be giving Ivan all our future carpet care business. We highly recommend him!!

Ivan and his team installed my carpet and tile. It was a big job - 2k sq ft in carpet and 300 sq ft in tile. The carpet had a pattern and they lined it up perfectly and you can't see the seams. The tile work was impeccable. Ivan even met me at Lowe's to pick out the perfect grout to match. They moved all the furniture and put it back. They were incredibly fast and professional. When they were finished, Ivan cleaned my 3 flights of stairs. There were awful stains that I didn't think would ever come out. After he left, it looked like we even re-carpeted the stairs they looked so clean!

Ivan and his crew arrived the afternoon of our closing and tore out the horrible smelly, dog-pee stained, cigarette smoke permeated carpeting and disposed of it. In the next two weeks, Ivan interacted well with the other contractors I had in the house, to get it ready for us to move in on September 10th. Ivan acted in my interest with his supplier when the tile we ordered and were told was available proved not to be. Ivan and I then sorted through the replacement tile to find just the ones that were alike. Ivan went the extra mile in every situation that arose during this very chaotic two-week period. I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his people. He/they made a difficult period easier! The area rugs looked as good as when we purchased them after Ivan cleaned them. The kitchen floor that he cleaned and sealed looked fabulous. We carpeted/tiled the majority of a 2,700 sq. ft.house for approximately $4,500 using Ivan's distributor for materials. Ivan's labor for all that he did was approximately $2,100.00. Again, Ivan made a horrible situation turn our well; he did much more that he promised; and he has a great sense of humor!

This was my first experience with Ivan's Carpet and TILE CLEANING Service. The carpet in the family room was very soiled and Ivan brought it back to life. He used a machine called the Roto Vac which lifted up the dirt and brings the carpet fibers back to life. I saw a Hugh difference in my carpet between the standard wand cleaning and this machine. Besides the carpet looking clean, the carpet fibers stood up like new again. I have recommended Ivan to three of my buddies already this week.

IT went very smoothly. They said that they would have all of the carpets installed in a day and they did. They were very concerned about putting the furniture back where it was and did a really good job of moving and caring for the furniture. They cleaned up when they were finished and made sure that I was happy with the service. I would definitely use them again and in fact, plan on calling Ivan for future tile replacement in the showers.

This is the second time I've used Ivan and it went fabulously both times. He was pretty swamped with all his spring cleaning calls, but was responsive in calling me back to set up a time. He also confirmed the morning of the service that we were still on. He showed up on time, finished in the amount of time he estimated , and charged me the amount he estimated. Plus, and most importantly, he did an amazing job of getting up the stains on the carpet, the same stains that the last person we hired to clean the carpet couldn't get up. Ivan is dependable, professional, and does excellent work for a very reasonable price. We'll never use anybody else and highly recommend him.
