Excellent service from scheduling appointments, providing the estimate to the completion of work. I will definitely contact INTRAWEST SEAMLESS INC. for future work. Hopefully, I can ask for Robert B. - professional, knowledgeable, courteous and careful in his work.

Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of them for months because they messed up the garage gutters so that the water is not going down the downspout, it's going the other way. I tried three times in a month and they were going to get back to me, but they never did. It's been over a year, but I didn't notice the problem because we don't get much rain. On the whole house, the gutters are just fine, but the garage is kind of messed up. It would be a simple fix. I'm sure they are busy cleaning gutters out or something, but at least give me a call. I would say don't use them, there are plenty of gutter people around.

The gutters on the garage were installed incorrectly. The water flows away from the downspout!! I have tried 3 times to get a response from them in the last month and nothing.

Getting an written proposal and relatively quick and easy. I did not have to be home, and it arrived in my email within a few days of requesting it. The first issue was the scheduling. It seemed like too much to have to sign and fax a proposal for such a small job. Then, not only did it take several weeks, I had to keep emailing Michelle to get scheduled. When it rained on the first planned date, she did not communicate, so I had to keep emailing for an update. I was hoping they would be more proactive. I was hoping for a day's advance notice, but the workers finally showed up a few hours after I was called. I chose this company over another because for about the same price they offered to basic repairs (e.g., patching and leveling), but as some of the workers left, it became clear they didn't plan to do repairs such as patching an obvious hole. With some prompting, a worker did some repairs. He was kind and polite. I did not climb the roof to inspect the whole job, but now I doubt all the repairs were all done as agreed in writing, twice. In summary, my main objection was with the repairs.

One of the two workers worked, while the other stood around and smoked and threw his cigarettes all around the house. We found the long gutter nails from the old gutters thrown all throughout our front and back yard. I'm still finding problems with the install two months later. Tried to get them to come back out to fix what was wrong and they never did after saying someone was coming out (twice). Luckily Total Roofing (great company) came out and fixed some of Intrawest mistakes to the roof flashing for free!

Very good. No problems. Very easy to work with and the gutters look great.

The owner at Intrawest Seamless Gutter is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He always called us back in a timely manner and answered all of our questions honestly. His prices are fair and reasonable. We cannot comment on Dean's workmanship personally, but if you're in need of gutter repair within the Colorado Springs area we feel confident in recommending Dean at Intrawest Seamless Gutter.

I contacted the provider via their "request a quote" function of their web site about ten days ago. I explained the work needed and provided the address, contact phone numbers, email address, etc. I've not received any response. It is a small job (~45 linear feet) so I can understand why they might not want to fool with it, but a quick email to tell me such would save me a week of waiting for them and I could move forward with finding someone else without wasting time.

The final result is a much needed and attractive improvement to our 85+year old home. The gutters function well and look good. My main complaint is with the receptionist at the office. My initial call for an estimate got a quick response with a prompt visit from the owner of the company, Dean. I waited the longest for this estimate and almost decided on another company, but when the estimate came, Intrawest was by far the most reasonable. Dean even gave me three separate bids, based on different gutter styles and materials. The office receptionist left something to be desired. I called to see if they could do a few small changes and said that I understood that it might cost slightly more. When I called to schedule, I asked to schedule a month out because we were going to be out of town. I asked to schedule for Monday, August 5th. I cleared my calendar for that day. August 5th came along and I waited until 9:30 before I called to see why no one showed. The receptionist/scheduler wasn't in yet and I was told that I would have to wait a 1/2 hour until she came in to even know whether a crew was coming out. I was concerned that the crew had possibly tried to come out and had gone to the wrong address, since our house is frequently confused with another one that is a block away. The guy who answered the phone tried to help and read an address that was on the "board" which was 1 digit off from mine on the same street. I was told to call back. When I called back, I spoke to the receptionist and was told that I had been rescheduled for August 6th because they were finishing a job up from Friday. I found it unprofessional that I did not get any type of call on either Friday or Monday to let me know that the date had been changed. They could vastly improve their reception and scheduling by communicating changes to the customer.

The installation was a great experience. A terrific crew, professional and obviously very experienced. Work completed in a timely fashion and I am very satisfied. Only item I had to correct was some over-spray of brown paint on newly painted house exterior walls and fascia. They had spray painted screws and fittings to match the brown gutter color. Had they used a piece of cardboard behind the gutter when spraying, there would have been no problems. I had to go back and paint around and behind numerous gutters to cover the brown spray paint. Over-all, very satisfied.

As part of a hail damage claim the insurance adjuster identified that 90 LF of gutter and downspout needed to be replaced on the north and west side of our house. Chuck came out and gave an estimate and provided color samples so we could match the gutter color with the trim color our fascias were going to be painted as another part of our claim. Our house was built in 1987 and at that time 4" gutter was standard -- current day standard is 5". We decided to replace the remaining east side gutter span to match the rest. I also learned that insurance adjusters tend to underestimate the LF of gutter needed because downspouts are often not included. The job was scheduled for after the painters removed the gutters and painted the fascia boards. When the gutters were removed it was obvious that no paint or primer was applied to the fascia boards when the house was originally built. The day after the painters finished painting the trim on our house, Intrawest was scheduled to come out and do the gutters and downspouts. Because of other jobs running long they weren't able to make it. Got a call from Michelle from their office advising me of this and giving a tentative reschedule date. The reschedule date came and went without any work or call from Intrawest. Michelle called the next day and apologized for not calling and said they would be out that day before noon. The 3 man crew arrived a little after 11. The lead member of the crew assessed the pile of removed gutter and told me that they would be reusing the downspouts (painted the old, very contrasting trim color). I told him that the insurance adjuster estimate stated that gutters and downspouts were to be removed and replaced. He showed me his work order which showed only one of the four downspouts being replaced. After he called the office he told me he would put up the three old downspouts that day because of approaching weather and they could be easily replaced later. To resolve the color problem the painter came out the next day and painted the three mismatched downspouts the new trim color. Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done but a little dismayed that putting up three contrasting downspouts was considered acceptable by Intrawest. I would have possibly paid for three new ones in the color of the gutter had the option been offered.

As before, they did a great job in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. We've enjoyed working with them and will use them in the future for our gutter/downspout and drainage needs.

They arrived on the day they said they would. The installation went fine. They cleaned up after themselves. They will have to come back in the Spring to connect the downspouts because they were frozen. All in all great work.

The process took a little longer than I expected but it was due to the Christmas holidays and the cold weather that came about in December. Once the weather cooperated everything went as planned. They repaired and installed the gutters in a timely manner and did a professional job.

I liked that they were familiar with the area. The work turned out just fine.

Went very well, they dropped off the gutter to let the painters paint them and then came back to put them up after were painted. It was all easy and well done.

They came to do an estimate just a few days after we called them. The owner came out and told us what they could do and gave us a price. He said they could replace the rotten boards and even paint them. They were the only gutter company who said they could do the boards! They did all the work in about 4 hours. Everyone we dealt with were professional and we are thrilled with the final product.

They showed up when they said they would and finished within a few hours. I called them back about a placement issue on one of the downspouts and they returned that day to fix the problem. I was extremely satisfied with their immediate response to fix the issue. I recommend them without any hesitation.

When we had our home stuccoed in December 2012 - January 2013, we decided to upgrade our gutter system. The stucco contractor recommended three companies for us to consider. We selected Intrawest Seamless. They were not the least expensive, but they provided the best overall package and great flexibility of installation in coordination with the stucco and painting contractors. Intrawest did our job in three phases in order to make the stucco and painting jobs work smoothly. The first phase was the removal of the old system. This allowed the painters to access the fascia boards behind the gutters. This made the painters job much easier and gave us a better overall paint job. The second phase was the installation of the gutter system. By the time this was done the paint on the fascia had completely dried. The cold weather made the drying slower. Once the second coat of stucco was applied (the color coat), Intrawest installed the downspouts to complete the third and last phase. We have since received many compliments on the new appearance of the house and how well the drainage systems Copper color goes with the stucco and paint. We highly recommend Intrawest and will use them again, but it will be awhile. The 5-40-20 warranty will last us for some time. UPDATE: On June 18,2013, I contacted Intrawest and talked to Michelle. I asked that they come to my home to check some leaks that had shown up during recent rains. She said she would get with the crew to set a date and then call me back. On June26, 2013, after having received no call back, I called again. Michelle said she was going to call me that afternoon and that the crew would come by the next day (6/27/2013). They failed to come by on the 27th. My wife called them on the 27th and was told that they would reschedule. On July 3, 2013 a message told us that they would come by between 0830 and 0930 on July 5th. No one showed up at the appointed on the 5th. When my wife called Intrawest, she was told that they were finishing a job and would be by sometime later that day. They never showed and have never called to reschedule. Based on this experience, I have had to revise my initial evaluation downward. Due to Intrawest lack of professionalism, poor responsiveness, and complete lack of punctuality, I withdraw my recommendation of their services. I would not do business with them again and would not recommend them to friends and family.

Intrawest Seamless Gutters first provided us with an estimate, suggested we get a discount coupon by joining Angie's List, suggested an additional cost savings by using steel rather than aluminum for replacement gutters, and suggested reusing existing downspouts. They also offered us the optional painting of the new gutters prior to installation. Their price was very competitive with other estimates we obtained. Other companies did not suggest an Angie's List discount, nor did they suggest the use of steel for new gutters. And they did not offer a painting option. The work was done on the day scheduled. The crew was polite, professional, considerate of our property, efficient and did the work in a timely manner. The crew came with the necessary equipment to access and remove all old gutters from our split level home, form and paint new gutters and install them and reattach existing downspouts. They did a good job of cleaning up the site before leaving. The gutters are well painted, solidly installed and met our expectations. Payment was not required at the time the job was done, but was invoiced to me by mail a few days later. We are very pleased with the work done. We would recommend the crew and company to friends and family. UPDATE: A month after installation, when a minor leak at the end of one of our gutters developed the company was speedy in coming out to deal with the problem. They actually caulked an area of our roof line leading to the gutter and that stopped the "leak". I appreciated that they fixed the problem rather than telling me it had nothing to do with the gutters.

The product is a good product for my purposes, but I struggled with their weak communication process. I called to inquire about the gutter covers and spoke to the receptionist. After a week had past without a return call, I called back and left a message on their voicemail. Again no response. So I drove to their office and found the owner about ready to leave and he was accomodating and willing to talk about the gutter cover options. He gave me a verbal estimate and agreed to deliver the covers so I could paint them to match my gutters (I appreciated that since it saved me on cost.) The covers were not delivered on the day indicated and I called to find out why. They were finally delivered a couple of days later. For some reason, the installation did not occur on the day we were told. No call from the company on why. They showed up the next day and installed the gutters just fine and cleaned up all in short order. Then I receive an invoice in the mail the next Monday for $85 more than he quoted me. I called the owner and asked about the discrepancy and he did not have an answer, but he still wanted to charge me more than I understood his original quote to be claiming that he had to buy in 10' sections - five more feet than I needed to cover. He said he explained that to me -- yes, purchasing in 10' sections, but not that I had to pay for the 5 feet of unused gutter cover ($85?). The next work day one of his workers showed up at my front door unannounced with the unused portion of gutter cover and politely asked for immediated payment. Bottom line: don't expect timely responses (their fault) and get your quote in writing (my fault).

Great. No problems and we are very happy with the result.
