Description of Work: We had damage from a hail storm and flash flood. They replaced our roof, repainted part of the house, replaced screens and repaired the A/C condenser. Adam worked with our insurance company. He submitted all the receipts and dealt with the different kinds of contractors involved, saving us a lot of time and energy. It made the whole thing a lot less stressful for us. They did a good job on everything.

Description of Work: Integrity Roofing did an excellent job on roofing two of our homes. They were also prompt, courteous, and professional. Their name, "Integrity Roofing" fits them well.We would use them again. |There were several other roofers we met with, including Rampart Roofing, that tried to overcharge us $4500.00 for a overhead and profit fee. Our insurance agent told us this was already included in the price. We'll stick with Integrity Roofers. |

Description of Work: I would not hesitate to reccomend Integrity Roofing to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Their work was superior in every aspect of the job. Our home was damaged in the May 2014 hail storm. Integrity Roofing worked tirelessly with our insurance company to guarantee that all of the work was completed at replacement value - no less. The ladies in the office are helpful and friendly beyond measure. Bobby and Jerry took good care of us. My house looks like it received a face lift. In a world of dishonest companies and drive-by roofers, it was nice to work with someone I could trust. Call them - you won't be disappointed.

+ 0 moreI had an excellent experience with Integrity Roofing and Painting. I tried to get several quotes for my new roof, but they were the only one to honor their appointment. However, at every point in the process, my point of contact at Integrity (Ben Buchholz) was always available for questions, acted as a very capable advocate with my insurance company, and insured the entire process when very smooth. I am very happy with the final product and the entire experience. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: My roof was severely damged by a hail storm in June 2012. I filed an insurance claim which started the entire process of the roof replacement. The person from Integrity that came to my house to develop the quote was Ben Buchholz. From the very start he was my single point of contact for every aspect of the job. He was very thorough in his description of the common materials that have been used in my area and the process for the insurance claim and re-roofing job. He came to my house to work with the insurance claims adjuster as my advocate. Ben was on time and ready before the adjuster even arrived. It took about 7 weeks between the insurance ACV payout and the ordering of the roofing material before they were ready to start the work. The roofers started the work on a Thursday, so there wasn't much time left in the week to finish the job before a storm was forecast to hit the area on Monday night. Ben re-arranged his team to have 8 people work on my roof to ensure it would be finished by Sunday noon. I had no water intrusion during the storm (unlike my neighbor who used a different company). There were a few other aspects to the insurance claim which Ben sub'd out to other contractors. Those contractors had a few issues with workmanship, but Ben hounded them and had the gutter installers return to replace the downspouts with the previously agreed to material. After the work was completed, Integrity submitted the final paperwork to my insurance company and I received my RCV check in the mail one week later.

+ -1 moreThe experience went extremely well and we feel fortunate. To start, we scheduled free estimates/quotes from multiple companies with the thought that our roof was old and needed replacing, but we planned to pay for it out of pocket and had no knowledge of the damage. Integrity was the second to visit us, but the first the make any mention of visible hail damage on the existing roof (dents in the shingles). The first company, which I had contacted because they were also rated and reviewed highly on Angie's LIst, didn't notice or mention this, so we may have moved forward and never known that we had a potential claim. Jerry noticed and recommended that we file a claim to get the insurance adjuster's opinion at least. We did and they agreed. Rather than paying out of pocket, we had very good reason to file a claim and insurance paid for full replacement cost minus our deductible. The difference out of pocket was over $10,000. Once approved, we were able to schedule the project within two weeks and the crew was done in a day and a half. The quality of the work, and the shingles themselves, look great. Jerry and the crew were in and out pretty quickly and left almost no trace that they were there, other than the new roof of course. Jerry went over the details with my wife and I very well and handled the communication with the insurance company, as well. Overall, we were pretty surprised by how quick and easy the process went.
Description of Work: Roof replacement for house and detached garage. Included removal of two or three layers of shingles, depending on the section of the house, and new planking over the house before putting down the new shingles. It also included more than a dozen new attic vents.

+ -1 moreJerry repaired the barn roof quickly and thoroughly, nailing up new shingles and using tar in a few spots that needed it. His inspection of the roofs was also thorough. He told us that the roof was in good shape overall -- it's good to hear a professional that isn't afraid to tell you when something looks good! Sooner or later, we'll have another hail storm and when we do, I'll be calling Jerry/Integrity Roofing to replace it.
Description of Work: Repaired the barn roof where the wind had blown off the shingles. Inspected both barn and house roofs.

Made an appointment for the work to begin the following work day. Workers arrived on time, and performed all work as proposed. Workers were very professional and courteous. The quality of the repairs was excellent and the final bill was as quoted even though they did extra work. Kudos to Martin and Ben.
Description of Work: Repair wind damaged metal flashing around chimney. Maintain metal flashing on several areas of the roof.

+ -1 morefHad leak into fireplace. Went to Angie's and selected from list. Called. Came out promptly for and evaluation and estimate. The leak turned out to come from a hole in the chimney cap. While on the roof, they did a thorough inspection. I had been willing to put on a new roof, and expected to do so as it was 17-18 years old on a large three story on a lot on Palmer Divide fully exposed to wind and weather. They told me that it was a 50 year roof, needed only a very few minor repairs and even they weren't needed now. They said they could not fix the cap, but gave the name of a handy man, whom we used. They could have sold me a new roof for 20 thousand. They helped me get my problem fixed for $300. Extremely professional and honest.

+ 0 moreIntegrity first contacted us to tell us about the situation with our t-lock shingles: they are not made anymore, roofs with hail damage (like ours) must therefore be completely replaced, and HO insurance companies are changing policies as they renew to avoid paying for them. Jerry came out, helped us start the claim process and agreed to do the job for whatever the insurance company would pay, with us paying only the deductible. He met with the insurance adjuster and persuaded him to pay for everything. Integrity came out, did the job in one day, and cleaned up after themselves reasonably well. We got a new roof, up to the current building code, and we didn?t pay a dime until it was done. We paid them the deductible on our policy, handed the insurance checks over to them, and that was it. Integrity even paid us $100 to write a review on Google (but not this one, I?m writing this for free).
Description of Work: Integrity replaced our roof and helped us with the insurance claim to get it paid for.
