+ -1 moreTyler was very pleasant and professional, did the job and because he wasn't trying to gouge me on the price and didn't try to put me in a contract I paid him more than we agreed on, he was just that good and fair to me. I will use them again.

He helped us see that just catching the skunks would not solve our problem and devised a way to close up a burrow under a big rock by a our back deck. He actually did the concrete work to close of several entries to the burrow and then came back and redid some areas that eroded and opened up. We have not had any skunks come back to this burrow since Tyler's work. We would use him again if we needed these services.

They caught and removed three skunks over two weekends and came immediately upon my call. Could not ask for faster or better support. Also they are very knowledgeable and nice.

+ -1 moreTyler was extremely responsive by calling immediately even though it was a weekend. He came out on Monday to access the damage and danger and treated the affected area. The honey bees are still gathering honey from our flowers, but are no longer building their hive under the stucco of our home and damaging the foundation. The wasps/yellow jackets are keeping their distance, too!

Description of Work: I called on a Sunday night about a termite concern. Tyler called me back within an hour. He said he doesn't generally do residential outside the Colorado Springs Area but asked me to describe the issue to see what he could do or where to refer me. + -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience working with this company. The owner is very pleasant and professional and did a very thorough job. He also assisted in getting rid of a family of mice that moved in with us!
Description of Work: The owner, Mike, was very pleasant and professional. He arrived promptly and inspected the home for termites. He did, in fact, find various areas of the home where there was signs of termite infestation. He then proceeded to treat the interior and exterior perimeter of the home, as well and one wall of the the garage that abutted the interior of the home. He he drilled holes and filled them with a foam type substance that would kill the termites. He also treated the home for insects, spiders and mice. I was very pleased with their service and look forward to the annual inspections to make sure that the termites are no longer infesting our home.

+ 0 moreJack and Tyler are very professional, were on time. I gave them a tour of our facility and they gave me an estimate. The estimate is very reasonable and we can adjust different areas of need as they arise (we will be expanding soon and the rodent population will be increasing). They sprayed the exterior for bugs and spiders. Bug bombed the interior (after hours for safety reasons) and set rodent traps on the exterior of the building. They will be checking everything on an ongoing basis (we went with a contract service) to help maintain control. I would highly recommend them for commercial and residential services. Very reasonable and efficient. Trustworthy individuals.

+ 0 moreThey were very quick to respond with a free estimate. They set up the services right away. Everything went very smoothly. My company is in healthcare and the technicians were all very professional and clean. I had no problems with embarrassing interactions between these contractors and my customers (unlike many other contractors in the past, eg plumbing and electric repairs). I am very grateful for the time they took to show me what was going on and what was needed. They did not try to up-sell anything I didn't need. I saved thousands of dollars by using this local company rather than a huge chain/franchise.
Description of Work: As the chief of operations for a modest sized health care clinic in Colorado Springs, I had to deal with some unfortunate pest abatement issues. I had quotes from several large chain pest management companies that were in the thousands of dollars. The gentlemen at IPM made time to see me in person the same day that I called them. They did a very thorough evaluation and gave me an estimate for free. I ended up paying even less than the estimate, which was only $600. I strongly recommend these folks for any commercial property in the Colorado Springs area! They saved me a lot of money and their work was top notch. The licensing and certification for medical properties is complicated and this company is fully covered for hospitals etc, which was not the case with some of the other companies I contacted.
