Description of Work: Scott and his team of two other techs arrived ahead of schedule and spent an hour and a half in the home I am purchasing. They identified a number of items of concern and went over them with us while we were at the property. What was really impressive was that they had their report to us within a couple of hours, as they built it while they were there. | |I had a follow up call with Scott on one item where another repair company disagreed with a finding, and he took the time to help me work with the repair company. He is really helpful and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreFound 2 very big safety issues (Radon Gas/Electric), which had to be taken care of by the seller. Saved me a lot of money. I was impressed by how detailed he was in the report, and I could call him if I needed help. Also, he was prompt with showing up at the property.
