Description of Work: This company performed some work for me before and said that if I found my Bose remote and replaced my VHS player, that they found to be defective on their initial visit, that they would come by and program the Bose system to use the remote and hook up the new VHS. I found the remote and got a new VHS to DVD converter for Christmas. I called and sure enough they scheduled me like I was a new paying customer, came by, hooked me up, explained and wrote down all operating instructions and said "no charge" we said we would do this .

+ -1 moreEverything went fine. All of my existing components were used and every effort was made to do the job as fast and as inexpensive as possible. All the while trying to produce the highest visual and sound quality as possible. I was given contact information for the technician and was encouraged to contact them if I had questions or problems. I mentioned that I was planning to get a new VHS to replace the older one, and they hooked that up as well. I was told just let us know and we will stop by and switch that for you.
Description of Work: Two complete audio/home theater systems were hooked up to a large HD flat screen TV and a regular large screen TV. The remotes were programmed and clear instructions were written for both systems. The work was done in a very professional and efficient manner.
