Neal Keller came to our home, inspected the already-installed sliding shelves and drawers and determined he could replace the low-quality slider hardware with his stainless steel hardware and measured for the new sliding shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms. Neal builds the new shelves at his workshop and brings them to your home. He installed the new shelves and replaced the old, low-quality hardware on shelves and drawers quickly and with no mess anywhere. We LOVE the doubling of shelf space in the lower cabinets in our kitchen! We're also thrilled with the way the high-quality hardware that Neal uses allows the drawers and sliding shelves to extend all the way out of the opening which makes the drawers and shelves fully and easily usable! Having the sliding shelves under the bathroom sinks makes retrieving cleaning supplies so easy and with no fear of knocking over and spilling the cleaners!

Neil was significantly cheaper that the chain storage company and able to do more custom work. Where the chain guys couldn't do certain heights and sizes and depths, he was able to really maximize our space because he could go taller in some places and narrower in others. He also was really creative at problem solving. He arranged for us to see a recent project so we could picture what it would look like. Punctual, professional, and affordable. Our project was really large which accounts for a large price but that was our choice, he didn't try to up sell or pressure us to go bigger. I wish all our home projects went so smoothly. :-)

Neil came out measured everything. Took it all back home and drew up some plans with pricing. Pricing was very good. Plans exceeded what we thought could be done. Pantry now holds double the space and all areas are useable. We had them install in oversized (tall) door so we could gain access to wasted space above. Perfectly done. We had slides outs (Spice rack & drawers) added in also. -- now we can find everything in our pantry. Added a buffet with slide out drawers. Perfect (10' long) size for the wall, slides out allow us growth and storage of the odd sized cooking & grilling items we couldn't store elsewhere. Color was a perfect match. We have recommended Neil's work to our neighbors and friends. We still have some work to get down once we get this years tax refund. Sliding drawers in the rest of our cabinets.

GREAT!. We called for an estimate for lower pullouts on our kitchen cabinets. There was no pressure at all for us to rush into deciding if we wanted them from him, or someone else. The pullouts were completed and installed in a timely manner and the workmanship is excellent. We highly recommend Neal.

My husband and I could not be more thrilled with our beautifully organized garage. Neal and his team did a great job. From the initiate estimate to the installation of the cabinets to coming back a week later to put the finishing touches on the project, we had a great experience. It looks fantastic (and is functional). Now I just need to get my husband to put everything where it belongs because there's plenty of storage for everything now!:)

The price was about half of what the name brand services were charging and he came up with better/more custom solutions. He takes a lot of pride in his products and the quality of the craftsmanship was top notch. We've been using our shelves for about a year and haven't had a single problem. Would definitely use them for future projects.

Neal converted two kitchen drawers into a pull out trash can and recycling can. He did great work and we are very happy with the results. He was professional, prompt, good communication and was up front with costs. We highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

All went as planned. He came one day to give me the quote and like 7 months after I called him back to start the project and he even kept the price he gave me originally. Since so much time passed, he came back one more time before the actual job just to make sure he remembered what we've talked about. That day, we set up a time for him to come back for the actual job and he was there and finish all in 1 day. I was very satisfied with the job.

Neal came to give us an estimate on December 12. He brought samples of the rolling shelves and had pictures on his laptop computer to show possible arrangements for our pantry. The shelves were very impressive - as I told him, I have furniture that isn't as well made; the shelves are made of birch with dovetailed (not just nailed) corners and the hardware is very high quality. He took measurements of all the areas and gave us an estimate on the spot. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and explained how the shelves are made (here in his shop in Colorado Springs) and how he would install them. On December 22, Neal and his brother came to do the installation. The pantry sleeve was pre-made and took less than an hour to install; Neal then put in the shelves exactly where I wanted them. He then installed the below-counter shelves. I had wanted a new turntable in my corner cabinet, as the old one is under-sized for the space; Neal researched what was available, but the right size for the space apparently doesn't exist. He offered to hand-make one to fit, but I decided against it. Each shelf has the Home Storage Remedies contact information on it, and Neal told me that if anything at all goes wrong any time, I can call him and he will make it right. All in all, I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Neal, of Home Storage Remedies, was on time for his appointments with us. He revamped the design of the pantry until it suited our needs There were a few problems with the install of the different pantry sections, and because of the design modifications, it took two separate visits to complete. Also, the small space under the island sink required a special design, which was installed on the 3rd visit. Neal was very professional and easy to work with. He called me or e-mailed promptly if I had questions or concerns. The install was done in an orderly fashion, and he vacuumed and swept up any debris, each day he worked here. We LOVE our corner pantry now! You can open the door and find everything. We have 5 inch shelves on the left side, as well as a storage area for a folding step ladder. The upper 5 inch "wine bottle" shelf is not flush with the top cabinet, creating a recessed area where baking pans can be placed. Moving to the right, we have 7 adjustable pull out shelves, and in the corner area, 4 very large adjustable lazy susans - that rotate so we can find everything stored there. At the very top, are upright tray dividers, where I can store large party trays until needed. At the very top on the right and left side of the party trays, is space to put large kitchen appliances, like pressure cookers, and crock pots. Under the lazy susans is an open spot to the floor where we store the dog food container. Next to the lazy susans are two vertical can pullout drawers.(They hold a lot of cans, and a lot of weight). Above them is a pull-out shelf, and next to the cans are 7 six inch shelves, which hold everything from foil/plastic wrap, to napkins. The pullouts under the sinks, and under the counter, are superb as well. Now we have an organized kitchen, something I thought would never happen.
