Home Improvement Consulting was started by Sam and Melissa as a project management company for home owners that have little to no construction experience. HIC is customer focused and quality conscious. Sam has over 16 years experience as a project manager for commercial and residential construction. HIC is also a construction company and can take on small and large projects such as the following; Framing, drywall, painting, fences, sheds, decks, patio covers, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, basements, hardwood and laminate flooring, trim and more. With over 30 years of construction experience and many satisfied clients we can help with your next project, so lets get started with your free estimate!
