I love love love having my house cleaned. It always smells crisp and fresh when I walk in at the end of the day. Now don't get me wrong no one is perfect 100% of the time, but Home Cleaning Centers of America is AMAZING at Customer Service. They always come back and fix mistakes, at times that work for you. Having someone clean your home is a very personal thing. No one notices the same things but they learn what things are the most important to you and remember them. BUT the one thing that sets them apart is their standards for every cleaning. You couldn't ask for a better set of management or staff.

The crew was new . they sent 3 people to get my home up to their standards. For 200.00 worth of cleaning they only cleaned my master bed room and my sons room and one bath room upstairs. Nothing was done downstairs. I paid an additional 127.00 and the vacuumed the upstairs and cleaned the downstairs. In the past with the more experience crew they would have 2 people clean upstairs and one person start on the downstairs area. If I hadn't paid the extra money they were going to leave the my house in a mess. I wouldn't use again. very un caring all about the money. I asked for angie's list or military discount they didn't offer any for January .

2 people came for 3 hours and cleaned it all up!

Unfortunately, we found this company unacceptable after using them every two weeks from May of 2015 to May of 2016. Too many broken items (four) and too many callbacks (two) when they failed to clean items on the list to be cleaned. "Accidental Breakage" was happening far too frequently, and the hassle of fixing or replacing items exceeded the convenience of the service. Charge increased from $202 to$207 each two week visit over the year we used their service.

After having experienced poor service of cleaning my house in the past, I studied Angie's List to find a professional house cleaner. By phone I interviewed three top-rated house cleaners based in Colorado Springs. One promised to come by and give me an estimate; they never showed but called a week later confused on when they promised to view my home. The second was way too expensive. Christine at Home Cleaning Centers of America - Colorado Springs quoted $33.00 per hour per person plus $12.00 insurance charge. Christine confirmed the arrival time and four cleaners arrived on time. The supervising cleaner Leah led her team of three associates to clean my home interior including: dusting cabinets, doors, baseboards, metal railings; cleaning glass interior windows between rooms and mirrors; hand-cleaning of wooden and tile floors and vacuuming of carpet; and cleaning of tile and natural-stone cabinet countertops. Since my window washer just cleaned the inside and outside of exterior windows and doors, the house cleaning crew did not do this task. The cleaners expertly cleaned my house in 3 hours.

They worked with me on schedule and what I want done. Very satisfied with the service.

Good and reliable company. I had a problem with one of the crews, and they responded swiftly and even offered to re-do the cleaning. I asked never to have that crew at our house again, and they agreed with no issues. The people are friendly and thorough. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. We've had cleaning services in the past that for various reasons didn't work out. This group is in and out in about an hour and a half and they're like a whirlwind moving around the house. It's never fun having a bunch of strangers in your house, but this is as painless as it gets.

I was pleased with their work, just didn't like all the different people. Never the same and it made me uncomfortable.

I’ve used them for at least five months and it’s gone really well. I’ve already referred them to someone else, and I plan on staying with them. I pay according to square footage and the service I need done. The house looks great!

We’ve been very happy with Home Cleaning Center, and we consider them to be our go-to housecleaning company. We’ve used them for over 5 years. The monthly price we pay is fair and we’re pretty happy with it. They typically send three people and get it done in around an hour, and they’re typically very punctual.

We have used HCA for several years. From time to time, we have to reschedule due to being out of town or an emergency. They are always responsive when we call to reschedule. They call us the day before the scheduled day and give us a two-hour timeframe. On occasion, due to longer-than-anticipated jobs ahead of us, they arrive after the timeframe provided us. However, we have continued to use them for years because we like the way they clean.

I have a large home, about 4,000 sq feet, and they said they would charge by the hour and gave me an estimate. I was not particularly thrilled with what they did. What they said they would do and what they ended up doing were two different things. The things I reasonably expected them to do, they didn't do. They didn't clean the microwave nor did they dust thoroughly along with many other areas that were untouched. I use to have some housekeepers here that took about 10 man hours to clean the house. There are 4.5 baths, 5 bedrooms, a couple office areas, and a rec room and they did a really good job, so I was very specific with Home Cleaning CTR of America about what I expected. Unfortunately, it was not done to my satisfaction. When I received the bill, I told them I would pay them what I use to pay my other housekeepers because they didn't do what I wanted and were not as thorough. First impressions to me are everything. I haven't had them back and am currently looking for a good crew.

We are very, very happy with their services. We couldn't be happier. Our home is 5300 sq feet and they clean about 3500 sq feet. They send a team of about 3 or 4 people and they are in and out of here in about 2 hours or less.

They are great! I have been using them for about a year. I think their prices are quite competitive. There is a team of two to three people that come to clean. They are always good. They do come very early in the morning, but that is the only schedule they have for me. When I have a question or concern, they are always anxious to make sure I am satisfied with what ever it is.

They are more than fair on their pricing. They adjust the delivery of their services to what I am needing at the time. They guarantee their service...and they guarantee to return if anything is undone.

I would continue to use their services.

I think they provide excellent help. They are very easy to work with. They are great with my pets. I have two dogs and they are very careful not to let them out. They watch things. They are very consistent. I had once incident where they broke something and they told me immediately about it. They offered to even pay me for it. They are honest and very trustworthy. I can leave them alone here. I am very impressed with them. I am very impressed with the fact that they always call the day before they are scheduled. In case there is a problem that I can’t do it, I have never had a problem when they could not work me in another day.
