Despite errors made by home depot, Hom did an excellent job in getting our flooring installed. Adriana was outstanding in staying in touch with me throughout the install, following up and seeing that everything was handled successfully. The installer they used, Samuel Sanchez (and assistant) did an A+ job on the flooring install.. it's a masterpiece. Beyond thrilled with his workmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic. It looks like this company had lots of negative reviews awhile ago, but I had a great experience with them. Home depot made errors (they were supposed to send plumber to remove toilet, failed, they sent baseboard I didn't need/want, trying to get refund etc). But Hom, Adriana and Samuel went above and beyond.. thanks!

I am completely satisfied with the installation of the carpet at 5325
Red Sky Drive. Presley and his crew are extremely efficient, enjoyable
to observe, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my
questions and ensured the proper colors went in to the appropriate
rooms.
Upon their arrival we went over the inventory to ensure
the colors ordered were present and marked them for the respective rooms
in addition to ensuring it was understood where they were located.
Then we did a complete walk through to ensure we all understood what was
to be done and to satisfy my expectations.
During their work,
it was enjoyable to hear them singing, interacting with each other, and
performing their work as they moved from room to room. They were very
polite, courteous, and very attentive to detail. And if there were any
questions, they did not hesitate to ask me to ensure I was completely
satisfied.
I will definitely recommend HOM Solutions, Inc. to
anyone who is looking for someone to perform quality work in completing
any installation, carpeting, projects.

The actual installation was great. Paul and his crew did great work. They showed up on time and worked hard. I was very pleased with that aspect.
Scheduling the inspection and installation were much more troublesome. They claimed they couldn't even quote me a price until I ripped up all of my existing flooring. Eventually everything worked out, but it was not without headache.

"We are glad you were happy with the overall project after it was finished, we did want to respond back about some grievances you had during the project. HOM Solutions was the subcontractor for this project, not the contractor. In these instances, HOM Solutions has no control over pricing or ordering of materials. The retailer informs us when product has arrived, then we are allowed to schedule. We are required to follow the contractual agreements with the retailer the project was purchased from. We understand you requested an exact price for floor prep and the original flooring needed to be pulled up in order to see exactly what floor prep was going to be required to ensure a proper installation of the new laminate floor. We also understand that some trim pieces had to be reordered by the retailer due to an incorrect order and that delayed the completion of the install. While we regret these caused you inconveniences we hope you understand there are some things that are out of our control. We do appreciate your business and hope to be able to assist you with further projects."
