This was our first home-buying experience and Joe was amazing to work with. As soon as you meet Joe, you know that he is different - you are more than just $$ to him. You can tell his heart is to serve people and he has a passion for this business. He cares about the wants and needs of the people he is working with. We were in somewhat of a time crunch with our lease running out, so we had about 6 weeks from the time we started looking to closing date. Joe didn't waste any time; he started showing us places right away. Fortunately we did find a home and close the same date our lease was up! The first thing Joe did was set us up with an individualized website with homes that met our certain criteria. It is a little (actually a lot) overwhelming. One thing I really appreciated about Joe, was when we sent him a list of houses that we wanted to see, he would research each property and tell us details (good and bad) that the website could not provide...such as "house is 600 feet from a rail road" and "home backs up to busy intersection" or "has been on the market for 380 days." These tidbits were very helpful. We usually asked his opinion and he would give it, but always let us decide. He didn't try to force us one way or the other. He has incredible work ethic. We saw approximately 20 homes and finally decided on one. Everything went really smooth and whenever we had questions about ANYTHING, Joe was always there. He would even respond to emails at 11:00 pm. If you are looking for a house, or wanting to put yours on the market - give Joe a call. You won't be disappointed. We highly recommend him and, should we ever need to sell in the future, we will be calling him.

Joe's integrity is refreshing in today's world. His honesty,work ethic, experience, compassion and great sense of humor made this process easy and enjoyable! He was very honest about our market, the worth of our previous house as well as our new house. His suggestions about how to prepare the home for sale were right on as the house sold in one week! Joe thoroughly researched the comparables in the area to be sure we could sell at the highest, reasonable price and purchase at the lowest price. He listened to our questions, needs and wishes - again something you don't always experience. There is no doubt we would recommend Joe to anyone -- he is the best.
