+ -1 moreHad a computer under warranty that HP refused to provide service for because their inventory program claimed it was out of warranty by 9 days. HP determines warranty life from time they send computer to retail store, not when it is sold. Had to go through India and eventually got to very unhelpful technician. Would never buy an HP again.
Description of Work: Laptop HP computer completely died. Asked for assistance under warranty and eventually had to pay to get minimal help. Eventually sent to another company for repair.

+ -1 moreOTHER THEN THE FACT THAT IT TOOK THEM LIKE FOUR TIMES TO REBUILD THE TOWER BEFORE WE GOT IT RIGHT, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REBUILDING OUR TOWER. WE CHANGED TO VERIZON AND WERE ATTACKED BY MANY VIRUSES.
