Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Jeff and his crew cleaned all the carpets in my house at a better price than any other company I had looked into. I was amazed at the great job they did getting the dirt out of the old carpet. Another thing I liked about Jeff H is that he was willing to give me referrals for other work that I needed done. I used his referrals and was happy with those service people as well.

I know dog urine is a tough one, but my carpet now smells worse. It's like they just brought all to the surface. I walk in my house now and that's all you smell. I'm still trying to find someone to clean it. Price was right and the man was very nice.

Jeff did a great job on some really bad grout. It hadn't been cleaned in years and so we were not optimistic that it would turn out very well. Looked nearly like brand new!

Jeff did an amazing job! He was professional, courteous, showed up EARLY and was everything you would look for in someone who you would allow in your home. Not only did he do a great job cleaning my carpets, he also took the time to notice any stray carpet strands, and actually cut and trimmed them for me! Who does that?!? I highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I have a 20-year old home with original carpeting. Besides normal wear and tear, I have two cats. Need I say more? Although my "kids" faithfully use a litter box, there were numerous stains from kitty vomit and several dark/shaded areas from who knows what. I've tried several store bought carpet cleaners, to no avail. I've also had several professional steam cleanings, also to no avail. Not only did they not remove the stains, they left the carpet extremely damp, taking several days to dry completely. Based on my prior experiences, I did not have high expectations of Heaven's Best. Much to my amazement, they were able to remove nearly all of the carpet stains. The carpet is greatly improved over its previous condition, and was dry within two hours max. It's been several months now since Heaven's Best cleaned my carpet and the stains have not returned. I have recommended Heaven's Best to friends/co-workers and have had nothing but glowing reviews. It went very well. He first came in and treated a small area behind the door to ensure that the carpet would not change colors, it did not. Jeff then assisted me in moving my furniture out of the living room and then went to work. He was done and the carpet was dry within 1 1/2 hour from the time he first arrived.
