Havens Concrete

Jeff was out of town so he was unable to get back with us promptly when we called and told him we wanted Havens Concrete to do the work. That was the only problem we had with them. Otherwise, the laying of the forms was done to our satisfaction and the color of the cement was close to what we chose. Their work crew was very professional. The main reason we went with Havens Concrete was because they had the best idea on how to finish the cement. The top of patio was finished in approx. 4' squares with the brushed broom going in different directions so the patio looked more like a patio and not just one large piece of cement.

Jeff Havens was excellent to work with. We were able to arrange meeting times to go over the job and he provided a quick bid which was very fair and then we arranged to have the work done. This was a big job from our perspective, but they handled it professionally and the final product is perfect. Havens has also poured several other drives and patios around Monument, some as far back as the 1970's and all the work I've seen is still performing perfectly today. They've been in business a long time and have paid attention to what works and what doesn't.
