+ -1 moreThis company needs to be better vetted before you endorse them. There are many online complaints about this company. They charge their fee up front and they don't show up. The first time we got a 1 hr notice that no one was coming. We have to provide a 24hr notice or we are charged, but they do not live by the same standard. We rescheduled and the second time we received an email at 7am saying that the cleaner who was supposed to come was trying to get her car started for an hour and a half and could not so needed to cancel. Our appointment was not until 11am. I find it unrealistic that someone was out trying to start their car at 5:30am for an appoint at 11. We have asked for cancellation and a refund of your money. We wanted bi-weekly service which requires someone who is reliable. This company has shown that they cannot show up when scheduled. At this point they are refusing to refund the charges because without letting us know the appointment was rescheduled they sent someone else out to the property because we complained. They gave us 30 min notice in an email....if you are rescheduling something a phone call should have been made to confirm or 24hr notice per their policy should have been upheld. When they tell me that the appointment is cancelled at 7am I am not going to sit around my house and wait for someone when I was not notified direct. So now we missed the appointment and they want to charge us more. This is unprofessional to be unwilling to call us...everything has been through email even when we have requested a direct conversation to settle things. Worst company ever. I will never use your services for recommendation moving forward either since this is the type of companies you endorse.

Description of Work: Friend in hospital. Needed their house cleaned ànd I can't do it so I hired Handy. The friend rescheduled the original date and time and no one showed up. Didn't call or communicate with me in any way except to refund my money and give me a discount on future services. This doesn't get the work done that was originally contracted for and causes a hole that can't be fixed.
