I asked for a two day window, they missed the window, showed up the following day unannounced (no call ahead). It was completely random chance I was home and not at work when they arrived. Aeration was fine and the price was as I expected. No follow up, additional recommendations, next time to aerate, business card, or anything. Just asked for payment. Need to work on their organization and professionalism.

Grass Masters are doing the lawn care job (mowing, trimming, fertilizer, weed control) superbly. They recommended a fantastic turf farm for replacing the fungus infected back yard.

I always tip the guys who come out because they do such a good job. All the guys who come out are very nice, as well as the people at the office. They do very fast and very good work.

They are always very professional and do very good work. I use them for everything in my yard and for snow removal in the winter.

On time, job well done. Jim promised to cut down an arctic willow bush for free, but the willow was left untouched and I thought the crew forgot about it. I was surprised and very impressed that the next day somebody came and cut it down !

Called and set up an appointment for estimate and showed up on time for the estimate. Estimate was reasonable, so set up date to perform work. Ben followed up with me to be sure weather wouldn't be a problem to complete the work. Ben arrived on date scheduled and he and his crew did excellent work in trimming trees and bushes. Yard cleanup was excellent also. He hauled all the trash away and the cleanup was also excellent! Could not have asked for a better job to be done on the yard and on a timely basis. Will be my first call for any future yard cleanup needs!

They come out weekly during lawn mowing season.

They come out every week for yard maintenance from the spring through autumn. I have been using their services for about ten years. Their prices for their services are in line with others. They are very responsive and quick to get back to me. If they see something out of the regular routine yard service, they will knock on my door and let me know. At that point, I can decide if I want to have them go forward with that extra job. Overall, they have been very good.

The providers mowed both front and back yards and used an edger along the sidewalk. Then they cleaned up all the grass clippings .

I had moved into a new house and hadn't cut the lawn in a month. I don't have a lawn mower and wasn't going to be home for a week. I asked Grass Masters if they could come do the lawn. Without getting any payment information, they came out exactly when promised and simply sent a bill. The price for my lawn is reasonable. It is nice to have a licensed and insured lawn care specialist coming every week. They aren't the worlds BEST mowers, but they get the job done at a reasonable price. They do tend to go a little too quickly. However, they were great to give me some pointers on how to take care of my new trees (going above and beyond what they were asked to do).
