Description of Work: Our rep was very, very slow in responding to us. We had to contact him a few times to get a response. The value of the deal was not nearly as good as explained in your ad or in the phone call we made to you prior to purchasing it. If you used the voucher, you paid full retail. Otherwise you received 30% off. Very disappointing...

I'm sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. The deal clearly states the voucher applied to retail. Basically, the voucher gives 60% off of retail up to the amount of the voucher value. ON TOP of that discount, anything additional purchased is discounted by 30% off of retail, any factory promotions or rebates are applied AND there is no additional charge for installation. Using the Big Deal discounts as well as all other discounts applied makes the cost of custom window treatments far less expensive than any price offered by my competitors. In the case of this purchase, I made multiple trips to the client's rental properties at no additional cost and greatly discounted the treatments as well. I encourage any and all of my clients to reach out to me, the owner, directly with any grievances and/or dissatisfaction. As my reviews show, the vast majority of my clients are thrilled with both my services and the value I provide.

Description of Work: They came up to measure a new bathroom remodel for the window treatment. He installed a very nice split plantation shutter in the shower on the window. It looks beautiful and is well insulated around the window, so it's not drafty like it previously was. He was efficient, well-priced (much better than anyone else around), and the end result is really good!

The client only wanted Hunter Douglas Luminette shades for this opening. We offered more affordable alternatives from Graber and Comfortex. Unfortunately Hunter Douglas is the most expensive line offered, because it is the Cadillac of window treatments. With the Big Deal being offered, the proposed Hunter Douglas solution worked out to be nearly 50% below the MSRP provided by Hunter Douglas, but was still too expensive for the client. If they ultimately do purchase a Hunter Douglas Luminette for that opening from somebody else, I have no doubt it will be at a higher total cost the what we offered. Sometimes expectations just are not able to be met because they are not realistic. We refunded the full price of the Big Deal purchase to the client and wish them only the best.

I replaced all my condo windows with new vinyl windows, and wanted and needed new window coverings. I found Gotcha Covered on Angie's list and arranged for a home visit within the first week after my windows went in. Bill came out on time with his sample books and measured everything and offered me a fair price for natural wood blinds for some windows and cellular shades for others. The order came in within the time estimate (a little over two weeks), and Bill then came back and did the installs in just a couple hours. Everything looks great.

Bill was very professional from our 1st contact to questions I had after installation. He was responsive to the needs of my family and knowledgeable about his products. He was always prompt and respectful of my time. We had one blind with a factory defect. He ordered a replacement immediately without any questions. When the new blind came in he offered to hang the scratched one in a garage window that we did not order a blind for. He gave us the defective blind for free and even installed it for us. We enjoyed working with Bill and would recommend him to friends.
Description of Work: Bill provided custom estimates for cellular shades and horizontal blinds. He was very willing to price out anything I was even slightly interested in. He never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him at all.

Looking for terrific window treatments from a trustworthy, professional with a great product? I was extremely pleased with the service and products of Gotcha Covered North Colorado Springs. Bill Bagby was very professional and friendly, and there was no pressure to buy more than I needed. There was a great selection of colors and types of blinds, all affordably priced. Blinds were ordered and installed within 10 days. He even installed temporary blinds until mine came in, which was very much appreciated since there were no window treatments in my new construction home. Love the top-down/bottom up blinds I purchased and plan to order others from him in the future. Bill even installed blinds from another company that I had already purchased, but hadn't installed yet. This was totally unexpected and, in my book, went above and beyond the call of duty. You’ll be pleased with the sales, service and products from Bill Bagby and Gotcha Covered North Colorado Springs.

Great quality, and I got everything we were looking for. Dark in the bedroom (blackout cellular), light in the kitchen/great room cellular, and vertical blinds in the basement. We'd definitely us Bill again and I tell all of my friends about him. Great customer service, fair prices and reliability what more could you ask for? If you need window coverings you owe it to yourself to give Bill a call.
Description of Work: Bill is very personable and friendly and he was very helpful with colors and styles. I liked that he has a wide variety to choose from. I had him put in vinyl shutters, black outs, cellular shades and vertical binds. His prices were fantastic as was his customer service. We got the top down/bottom up shades and they look great plus, it gives them a custom look. We loved that we were able to get cordless which has a nice clean look.

I contacted Bill via email through the web. My email landed in his junk file so he responded within a few days and has since revamped system to respond quicker. He was prompt and very professional for our appointment. I valued his knowledge on options as well as being able to hold swatches up to my windows in my lighting. He brings multiple samples to appointments. He was able to direct me in what type of blinds to purchase by understanding the level of privacy needed, protecting views, quality of custom product, and budget. I purchased a set of blinds that met all my criteria. Bill will then deliver, install, and give you the warranty with maintenance education that I found very helpful. I appreciated only dealing with Bill and not an additional installer. I have one contact for any issues (none so far) and have confidence that he will assist should any issues arise. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Gotcha Covered. This is absolutely the way to purchase custom window treatments.

The products actually came in half the time expected, a wonderful surprise. This is a new family business and Bill is anxious to serve anyone who has window treatment needs..His prices are excellent and actually was cheaper than if I ordered online of tried to build these myself. If you need shades or other window items, be sure to give Bill the opportunity to come and show you what he has.
Description of Work: Bill came to my home and measured my windows for wood valances. It was a small job but he made me feel important and gave me excellent customer service. He returned a week later and did the installation.
