Geek Squad - Best Buy

I got my daughter a new car stereo alarm and remote start for her 17th birthday. I had this Best Buy/ geek squad install it. The next morning the remote would not start the vehicle, we open the door and the cabin was full of smoke. The speedometer does not work now the windshield wipers do not work the car locks do not work I took it back to Best Buy at first and Main and Colorado Springs as soon as they opened, at first they had the nerve to tell me we had to wait for days for them to be able to look at it. After telling them that was unacceptable they finally got someone to come in and look at it. After two hours, they tell me it’s not their fault. The car was just fine perfect condition before they messed with it now this morning it is completely dead undrivable. This Best Buy store does not give two ***** about customer service they do not own up to their mistake and make it right. I will be filing suit in court against this location immediately. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

It took about an hour. They came in and took my stuff out and brought my stuff in and set it up and made sure that I knew how to run it.

We were looking for a complete appliance package consisting of high-end Kitchen Aide Range, Kitchen Aid Microwave, Kitchen Aid Warming Drawer, Kitchen Aid Counter depth Refrigerator, Bosh dishwasher, (Second) LG Refrigerator, High End LG Washer and Dryer. Best Buy, and most notably, Ms. Amiee Galvan, did an excellent job of assembling this package, working with her management, getting us a package price that beat everyone else, and staying in contact with us throughout the process. She saved us thousands of dollars while remaining very professional and friendly. We most appreciated her follow-up at ever step which gives us confidence that we are making the right decision purchasing at Best Buy. Delivery will be in 4-6 weeks.

Josh Vicknair came to our house to set up our computer. We don't know anything about this sort of thing so we did rely totally on Josh. He came through with flying colors. He set up the computer wonderfully! He changed our extra hard drive from the old computer to the new, he transferred all the data. He was absolutely amazing. He even tried to help us with the crazy printer we have. He was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A BIG FAT RAISE!! He truly deserves it. Josh is one of those people that belong in a customer service field because of his knowledge, kindness and williness to go the extra mile. We only want him to work on our computers from now on!!
