Danny, the owner of Front Range Painters, is great to work with and management of his crew is superb. From start to finish, Danny was always available and often on-site. I think our large, two-story house with four colors, two decks, porch and a lot of detail work, plus fence to be stained, was a bit daunting at first, but his crew made it look easy. The quality of their work and Danny's follow-up thru every stage resulted in outstanding workmanship. The entire job took approximately 10 days and we really appreciated the respect for our privacy during that time by everyone involved. And, glad to report that FRP has now made a name for themselves in our neighborhood with another four jobs scheduled. Danny is very busy, but he will be honest with you about his available timeline. If you're in a position to wait, I highly recommend you do so.

The exterior had been neglected for a long time, and needed much restoration. The interior was very complicated, with bare wood details (needing clear lacquer) intermixed with painted wall panels (needing new paint). It was a big job. Carlos and Manuel were awesome. They took the time to do the job right, instead of rushing it and cutting corners. They far surpassed my most optimistic expectations of taking pride in their work. The place not only looks great now, the underlying work being done right will make it last.

I've had multiple experiences in the past of going with the lowest bid and coming to regret it after the fact. I was determined not to make that mistake this time around for the house re-stain project. I got a few bids and actually liked the 2 lowest bids because they were the most professional and they weren't $2k and $6k more than the lowest. I chose Danny and Front Range Painters because apart from trying to compete with the lowest bid he was really enthusiastic about wanting to do the job. From the get go, it was clear that all of Danny's advice was good and in my best interest on stain and paint color and his attention to detail on what needed to be done. He pointed out some failed caulking that I had no idea about and said that was part of the job. We were hesitant on what paint color to go with to get rid of the salmon and we're so glad we went with a green. He even had a color specialist from Sherwin W reach out to me to give me advice. We had an initial snafu once the job started and the power washing was done. Danny wasn't happy with standard of work from that crew and so he didn't want to risk me not getting a good result and so he asked me to wait one week for a better crew. This was a no brainer for me and I'm so glad that he was looking out for my best interest. As you can see from the before and after photo, his company did an amazing job and the house looks so much better after my 6 years of neglecting the exterior finish. The final touch was his crew pointing out that the black stair railing was now being highlighted in a bad way and suggested that we use the leftover green paint to make that uniform and renewed. Again, that was great customer service and we didn't get charged for that part of the project. Long story short, you won't regret going with Danny and Front Range Painters. His communication throughout the process was brilliant and at the end he was pointing out areas that needed touching up that I didn't see. I've had some contractors in the past ask me for partial payment after the initial down payment and been a bit put off by that. Not Danny though...no mention of the final bill until he knew the job was done to both of our satisfaction levels.

We are very pleased with the staining and painting that Front Range Painters completed on our home. We had our log-sided home stained and the metal doors/windows painted. Also, the concrete blocks at the base of the house were painted. Everything looks great. Danny Manriquez, the owner, answered all of our questions. He returned call and texts in a timely manner. He provided an extremely detailed written estimate. Danny explained the process- power washing, scraping/sanding, and painting/staining. The price quoted was the price paid. Danny was often on site either working or supervising. He has an eye for detail. He and his painters were courteous and professional. Throughout the project, Danny inspected the work and had the painters address the few spots which needed additional attention. When the job was completed, he did a final evaluation with us. He made sure that we were pleased with the work before accepting the balance of the payment. We recommend Front Range Painters to anyone considering staining and painting. Danny was great. Highly knowledgeable of what was needed as far as products for different parts of the house (deck, fence, etc). More than highly professional about painting but, outstanding advice as to colors and highlights. He was right about every aspect. The crew, Demetrio and Josh, took great care to help us get it right and went above and beyond to help with all aspects of the project. Their advise was invaluable.

Great Experience! We needed to update our kitchen cabinets but we didn’t want to buy new ones. Initially, we looked at doing ourselves but realized the margin of error, was very small. So we decided to bring up the professionals! After doing some research, we chose Front Range. I’m glad we did, they came in a little higher but I get why. Danny knows paint. He immediately came in with suggestions I hadn’t thought of which ultimately will save money over time. It was quick and easy, he came in did the work for the price we discussed. No lowballing and upping the price after. I’ll try to post pictures, really updated the feel of our kitchen. Couldn’t be happier! Recommending them to all my friends!

Danny and his crew did an excellent job on our apartment. Our building was built in 1900 and needed many repairs done to the plaster walls, these were repaired and painted professionally. We will definitely use Danny again for future jobs!
