I'm never been one to leave reviews; neither good or bad. However, the service I was granted from First Response Restoration was quite remarkable to say the least. The team at First Response Restoration really got me out of a uncomfortable pickle and served it to me as chewable as possible. I was out of town with my family for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and at this time my aging copper pipes decided to have a bladder deficiency and proceeded to push off the ever slightest tinkle of a stream. Needless to say I came back to an unexpected swimming pool so deep one might assume to get his diver's license, as this may be fitting with the abundance of water over staying its welcome. The ever so "helpful and utilitarian" insurance vultures that I've employed for many years, without the slightest need of their toils, decided that after two weeks of continued water damage due to the lack of acknowledgement on the part of the unbeknownst homeowner, us, was not going to be covered. However the team at First Response Restoration guided us through the labyrinth of bureaucratic maelstroms and chaperoned our unfortunate project to completion minimizing any of the inevitable headaches that go along with a disaster such as whirlpools and tsunamis held up in our basement letting their associates, mold and mildew, run rampant among our basement's dwindling vestiges. A very sincere Thanks to Mike and Jana with their team there at First Response Restoration. Had it not been for the finding of those angels I might have very well fitted myself out for the Olympics in domination of the breast stroke event.

Mike and Jana did a great job for me when my 55 gallon aquarium broke. They responded immediately when called. I called them at 6 PM on a Friday night and they came over immediately to remove all the water and get the furniture of the wet floors. The next morning they came over and gave me a nice estimate to remove the damage laminated flooring, baseboards and the sheetrock from the basement ceiling. They advised me on how to deal with my insurance company which helped out tremendously. Having the water removed and all damaged flooring and ceiling done so fast really helped to get the job done quicker and reduce the amount of damage I would have had experienced without their fast response. First Response Restoration Is a fast response at a very reasonable price.

Mold remediation after hurricane ian Wonderful experience after a devastating hurricane. Quick remediation and demolition. Recommended reliable roofers and contractor to rebuild. Without Mike and Jeff we would still be without a place to live. Excellent work and very caring people.

Mike and Jana were a pleasure to work with. They responded to my call after hours and accommodated my timeline the next day. They quoted same day and were in working the next morning to dry out our basement after a heavy rain storm. They rightsized the job too. Another company tried to quote us more than 3X as much and for a much bigger job than was necessary.

I never leave reviews but, I was so impressed with the job that First Response Restoration did on my Kitchen after a pipe burst while we were on vacation, that felt compelled to share the amazing experience. Mike's sense of humor was much appreciated during what could have been a very stressful situation. They came in and got the job done without any problems, delays, excuses or unexpected charges/fees. Our kitchen looks amazing and we couldn't be happier.
