Found leak behind recent carpentry work.

I highly recommend Tom. He is professional and prompt for appointments. I had used Tom in the past to recirculate the hot water to the kitchen sink as our water had to run before getting hot. He also did trouble shooting and fixed a shoddy plumbing issue in a past bathroom remodel. He is a genuinely nice guy who knows his business.

Tom is very professional and gets the job done correctly without unnecessary components. He explains as he goes. The new plumbing looks and works much better than the old stuff he replaced.

Everything from initial call through estimate, scheduling and work product was excellent. Tom was at our house on time for the estimate, and William and Nick did an outstanding job with the move. We have had issues just getting a plumber to come out for an estimate, but this went perfectly. We are very pleased and will call them back when we upgrade our master bath.

Prior to contacting Tom Felix, several other plumbing professionals had told me that I would need to purchase and install an expansion tank on our water heater to address this issue. Tom didn't think that this was necessary and explained that while it might stop the problem, it wasn't an ideal fix. Sure enough, he was able to address the problem without requiring me to purchase unneeded parts, and at a third of the cost of other estimates. I was very impressed with the service he provides. He made a point to walk me through the issue and what he was doing to address it. He was very informative and really seemed to know his business. A+

TOM WAS SENSITIVE TO LEAKAGE AT THIS CRITICAL JUNCTION OF WATER FLOW AND WANTED TO GET TO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, DUE TO HIS THOROUGHNESS, HE COULDN'T GET THE JOB HE WAS WORKING ON (A COMMERCIAL JOB) DONE IN TIME TO MAKE IT THAT DAY, IN SPITE OF A PROMISE TO TRY. THE MAN IS BUSY - THAT OUGHT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING! WHEN I TELL YOU HE DOESN'T ADVERTISE IN THE PHONE BOOK, THAT OUGHT TO REALLY TELL YOU SOMETHING!! I GOT HIS NAME FROM THE MAN WHO DOES MY FURNACE WORK, WHO I HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS. I HAD TO MARK HIM DOWN A BIT ON RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE HE IS SO BUSY HE CAN'T ALWAYS GET TO YOU RIGHT AWAY; NOT BECAUSE HE IS A VICTIM OF APATHY. WHEN A MAN IS THIS BUSY WITH ONLY "WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING", IT PRETTY WELL TELLS THE TALE - HE DOES REALLY GOOD WORK AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT! NOW THAT I HAVE GIVEN HIM THIS RECOMMENDATION, I WILL HAVE AN EVEN TOUGHER TIME GETTING HIM TO MY PROBLEMS {BUT HE DESERVES IT}!!

Service was performed in a timely, professional manner. Of special note was taking into account my request to not damage an adjoining wall, which required creativity and thinking "outside of the box". The price was also very good compared to most of the estimates that we had.

My 18 year old hot water heater went out Sunday evening. I found Felix on Angie's List before I went to bed. I called Felix next morning at 7:40 am and a left message (hrs started at 8 am). They called me back within an hour. We went over options on the phone and he said he could be here early afternoon to give an estimate and the work could be done that afternoon. He was on time and communicated well. The estimate was held too. You can get a hot water heater replaced cheaper through the big boxes but those units are a lower quality. I prefer to use independent contractors and I am very satisfied with my choice. I have not seen any problems with the work. I am grateful for only being without hot water for < 24 hrs. I most definitely would use Felix again.

They came out within an hour. We got the water shut off. They took out the damaged portion of the pipe, capped the line, and put a new drain valve on. Overall, it was an excellent service. It was great. The plumber doesn’t really advertise anywhere else so a lot of his references are through word of mouth. I would definitely recommend him. I will also have him do some followup work. I would use his services in the future too.

Mr. Felix responded quickly, and although he already had a full schedule, he worked me in within two days. He arrived on time and completed the work within 30 minutes so I could be on my way. He was friendly, and even charged me slightly less than the estimate. The garbage disposal is great, and the service was outstanding. A great experience!

I discovered that the water heater was leaking on Saturday morning. I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and Felix Plumbming was one with the highest rating. I called Felix Plumbing and they were able to replace the water heater by noon.

The entire project went beautifully. We can not say enough good things about Tom Felix. He was personable, professional, neat, knowledgeable, and fast. Our new shower is beautiful! with no leaks!

He did a phenomenal job of troubleshooting and fixing the problem of the other service provider and saved me money from what they were going to charge me.

The most recent job was the installation of a pot-filler faucet above our stove top. Because tile work was also being done, he had to come to our home 2 different times, once to install the pipes and then again to install the faucet. As usual, his work was of the highest quality and we are very pleased with our new faucet.

Tom was very courteous and professional. He arrived when he said. He talked me through the pros and cons of various types of water heaters and gave me a good price on the model, I finally selected. He came back the next day and installed the unit. He didn't leave a mess and I am very satisfied with his work.
