Hal Bates, the owner of Faith Realty is the most outstanding realtor I've ever worked with.  My wife and I came to Colorado Springs under a time crunch and were looking for a home to rent.  He helped us work through what was available but none really met our needs.  It became clear that, with a little tweaking of our expectations and some careful searching it would be just as affordable to own.  Hal went with us through multiple houses.  Often he arrived before us and met us at the door announcing he'd already done a full inspection of the property and had found different problems, possibilities, or potentials.  We'd then go through ourselves and he would answer our tons of questions based on his experience in building, realty and property management.  He was never hurried or frustrated and never pushed us into anything we were uncomfortable with.  He was always there for us, from dream all the way through closing (and after).  His contacts in the mortgage business got us a rate lower than I could find online.  In short, Hal came to us highly recommended.  His character and expertise both proved exemplary.  I recommend Faith Realty to anyone needing a home in Colorado Springs.
