Shawn Ross did a good job with the grouting job. His downfall is not being very punctual. Supposed to come bid it on Friday, called to cancel & rebook for Saturday 12:00. Didn't show up until 3:00. He bid the job & said he would come back Sunday at 10am to do the job, he didn't arrive until noon on Sunday.

Tiling and grout placed around a three sided fireplace. Looks perfect! Sean Was very professional, Pointing out other tile issues that we will have him address in the future

Nice guy, work was reasonable and overall came out well. Some spots did not come out as well as I expected. Had a hard time showing up on time when he said he would and I was pretty flexible with start stop times.

Very happy with Sean’s work. Excellent Job.

First - the good: - I really like Sean - he was honest, hard working, trustworthy, and followed up with all the work associated with the tile job. - The tiles looked great at the end of the job. Layout was done very well and Sean removed all the debris at the end of the job. The Bad- Although tile work was very good - the trim work and transitions left much to be desired. I ended up tearing out the trim work and one of the transitions and did the work myself. Sean did provide a new piece of transition to replace the one he installed. If I had to rate the tile and trim work separately, I would rate the tile work at 4 to 4.5 and the trim work at 2.0 out of 5.

First off, Sean answered my Angi add within 5 minutes of me posting it and we were on the phone! Sean came out the same day to see the work that needed to be done and started the next day. Sean quoted me at a very reasonable and affordable price. Even with some unexpected setbacks due to the house being built in the 1800’s Sean crushed it. At the end of it all my wife and I were incredibly satisfied and Sean stuck to his original quote even with the setbacks that doubled his timeline! My wife and I loved the work so much we had to increase the price ourselves! Will choose Sean for all of our tile needs from here on out!

Outstanding professional job at a reasonable price.

Wonderful job! Sean was on time, personable, brought the necessary tools, tarps, buckets, etc. He stayed focused on his work and every tile shows he knows what he's doing! I have been wanting my bathroom floor tiled for a long time and he provided a beautiful floor and baseboards that will last for decades. I will be hiring him again for tiling my shower to match my beautiful floor! Thanks Sean!

Looks excellent

Sean was superb, the repaired flooring was 100% seamless and looks great! Sean did an amazing job designing and installing my dream kitchen backsplash, using purple glass tiles, the results are beautiful. Would highly recommend Sean for any tile or flooring work, he is a genius with tile!

When meeting the tile contractor he seemed professional. He gave me a price and told me it would be done within 3 to 4 days. I told him that I ordered the tile and it had not come in yet. He said to give him a call when I receive it and he can get started. I received it on 11/25 and gave him a call. He told me he could start on 11/26. He said he would be here at a certain time but was late. He said he would start by removing the current backsplash. I had things to do so I left him to work. When I went to check on him, I noticed that he had not covered anything and there was tile all over the counters and floor. It was a disaster! My wife and I had removed everything off of the cabinets the night before so that he could cover them. I asked if he was going to cover the counter tops and he said he would and that nothing was damaged. He proceeded to use a cloth to cover only the counter top he was working at. When he finished that day he started to clean up but it looked like it was barley cleaned. When he left, my wife and I vacuumed and cleaned all of the dust and pieces of tile on the counter tops. He came back out on 11/28 because we said we would be home that day. He said he would be here that day at a certain time but was late again. He always had a reason why he wasn't here on time. He was here all day and was having trouble removing our range hood. He said he never removed the type of hood we had. He said he had to run to Lowes store for a tool. He was gone for a while and came back with someone that he said was going to help him remove the hood. After the hood was removed, the helper left. I was really worried about my hood because the way he was trying to remove it before he brought the helper, it looked like it was getting scratched. He said it was fine. When that day ended, he barely got anything done. He cleaned up again and said he would come back on the weekend because he had another job he had to be at and he had a medical procedure to get done in Denver. He came back and was late once again. I don't know why we would schedule a time with him because he would never show up on time. The later he came the later he would stay. My wife and thought well since he was going to work over the weekend the job would be completed. He came and started with removing the last of the backsplash. He still didn't completely cover everything. I had told him I didn't want my stove to get damaged. He said it was fine and put some foam cover over it. The tile was still getting under the cover and all over the floor. My wife told him to cover everything and he said he would. After he left my wife and I put some plastic wrap over our stove and our oven. We should not had to do that but we were worried that it was going to get scratched. When he was done I actually helped him clean up so he could hurry because it was late. He came the next day 12/3 and covered the floor, some of the counter tops and put some tape on the side of some cabinets. He finally started installing the tile. We asked if was going to be done that day, he said he was going to try to finish it. I told him we were going to be going out of town on 12/6 and that we wanted it done before we left. That day was finished and he still was not done. It was four days already that he had been working on our tile and it still wasn't done. He said he would come back on 12/7 and would bring a helper so it could be finished that day. My wife and I at this point are very frustrated with the whole situation. The next day he was of course late again. He brought someone with him. They worked for a while and he said he couldn't get finished so they would come back on 12/8 to get it finished. I told him they did not have to clean up since they were going to be back the next day to finish. He said the helper would be here first to grout and he would show up an hour later. The next day they were a no show at the time they said they were going to be here. I called but his ringer was off and I left a message. He did not get back to me and I called several times. Finally, he called and said change of plans. He said he was at another job and could not make it, he would come the next day to finish. I was really shocked at what he just told me. I told him that he couldn't come the next day because we were leaving out of town. I told him that we had mentioned this to him several times. I was done with him, I told him to come over by 4pm and pick up his things. He showed up at 4:45 and I had his stuff ready. I told him we were done with him. He seemed surprised. I told him I wanted my money back but he just laughed. At this point my wife and I were left with a huge mess because we thought he was going to come back and finish the job and clean up everything. We started cleaning and noticed that several of our cabinets are damaged and one of our cabinet knobs is scratched. The stove was scratched and one of the burner caps is missing. The window blind above our stove is damaged it has grout or mortar all over it. We don't even know if our stove hood is damaged because it is still removed. Our driveway has oil spots on it because he always parked his truck there. My wife and I are beyond frustrated! We have never experienced anything like this with any of the contractors we used. We just recently had our cabinets painted and they covered everything before starting the job and were very professional. We thought by going through Angi that we were getting a professional. We have used Angi in the past with no problems. I wished we would of never hired this guy. We regret started this project

I'm so glad I went through this company. Words can't express how nice of a job that was done on my kitchen as well as the tile flooring thar was installed put. They were very Knowledgeable Fast and very efficient with the work I had done. I highly recommend anyone who needs tile done call this company and ask for Shawn.
