The rooms look fantastic...probably, better than when we moved in! John was both diligent and efficient; he took extra time with the "trouble" areas and with making sure that our Berber carpets (low, tight pile) would not take forever to dry!

Very well, on time and they did a great job.

My appointment was scheduled at 10:30AM and they arrived around 9:55am. This was ok with me. 2 men arrived both were very nice and began working quickly. After they had finished the bedroom they said that they needed to fill the van up with water and did I have an outside water spicket. I live in a town home and the Spicket was located on the backside of the residence they had to unhook and drive around and fill up the van with my water. I'm not sure how much water it takes to fill up the van but I don't think I am responsible for filling their van .. I have never had a carpet company use my water to fill up their van, especially considering I was their first stop. Other than this be men were extremely nice and they did a nice job

It was a great experience. Due to bad weather, our move was delayed and with less than half an hour until our appointment we realized we needed to reschedule or cancel our appointment, but Elite Eco Solutions worked with us and were able to push the appointment a few hours back in order to help us without us having to look elsewhere for a last minute appointment. The crew was friendly and professional. They did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend this company, especially for military housing clearing which can get particular and pricey...they provided great and affordable services!

Every time was excellent! They even came on short notice on Christmas Eve when my dog died. I felt bad even calling but I was desperate. I will never call another carpet cleaner ever. Bonus: I have a baby and two children. I don't want harsh chemicals in my house. This is why I called them in the first place. I'm very satisfied.

The couches were a mess as the dogs used them as much as anyone. I wasn't expecting a lot of improvement but was amazed at how well they came out. They took the time needed to get the job done right.

They were professional, kind, and got quality work done quickly. They have videos on their Facebook page that show the machine they use and how the carpets are cleaned. That is the same machine that was brought into my house and it worked just how the video showed! It was a night and day difference. As a family that rents, we constantly worry about how we will leave the carpets. After living on ours (with kids) for 2+ years. The carpets look new again! We will definitely have them come clean again!
