I appreciated Elite fitting in my small job (60 sq ft concrete patio slab) and giving me a good price. They were actually able to frame the patio slab the day before the work was scheduled. The concrete work itself was a "5." Communication, however, was only a "3." I had to follow up a couple days after our initial meeting to get a written estimate. I had to ask a couple times to get a copy of their insurance certificate. I had to follow up over a week after the job was completed to get the forms removed. So, my "net" rating of Elite is a 4.

Great Pro, very happy with contractor

This is a great company, and Luis and his crew are above and beyond. We had a new patio installed, and the 50 year old cracked and uneven patio was removed. We had decided to enlarge the new one. The work and quality of work is 5 star all day. This is a family owned local company and no attempt of up selling or added cost. I will be using Elite to install a floor in my future RV storage building. Thanks Guys great job.

They were all great! They made a priority out of me. We needed concrete poured for a hot tub being delivered next week and had another contractor flake on us at the last minute. Manuel gave us a quote and laid concrete the next day. They were more expensive than the other contractor we got a quote from, but the other couldn't guarantee the installation would be done in time. Elite was great to work with!

Luis was prompt and was excellent at communicating with us about the project. The project was completed in 1 day and we are very satisfied with the results. The price was comparable with others in the market for the same work.

His crew worked two full days -- first on demolition and removal and then on pouring the new driveway -- and the results are absolutely outstanding. Hardcore. On the scheduled day and time, a team of five hard-working guys showed up and completed the patio, several stairs, and a curving walkway, in one day. The foreman asked many questions and offered several suggestions on how to improve the layout and functionality of the patio. The cleanup was very good. I went with Elite because of the very high Home Advisor rating. Highly recommend and I'll use them when it's time to do the driveway.
