We found Dutch's Home Improvement through the Sunrise Windows manufacturer website. If I were to sum up Dutch's in one word it would be "Integrity". They are truly honest. They kept their word. If they said they would do something they did it. They were on time. They respected our home and did an excellent job with the replacement windows. They offered a great window at a great price.

Another excellent experience with Gary Dutch and his crew from Dutch’s Home Improvement. I’ve used him for several door and window replacement projects at both my home and my mother’s, and I have always been highly satisfied. This time was no exception. This project consisted of replacing the old, not-very-attractive front door at my mother’s house with a new energy-efficient door with a color matching the house trim and custom stained-glass inserts, plus a matching storm door. Due to this extensive customization, the price was not cheap, but the door is stunning and my mother is absolutely thrilled with the result, so it’s money well-spent. What I valued most with Gary was the extensive time he took researching and explaining to us all the options available, and walking us through the selection process. We would never have known how to fill out all the details about size and fit on the order form, but Gary did, and when the door was delivered, it was exactly what we had imagined and fit perfectly. The delivery did take two months, but that was expected due to its being a custom order. Gary is a true professional, taking the time to learn his customers’ exact wishes and expectations and then guiding them through the process to ensure a satisfying result. (On one past occasion, he even shouldered the cost of an error in the ordering process, although the error was made by the manufacturer, not by him or me.) He is a joy to work with, and I heartily endorse him.

I can't say enough about how good this company is. Their windows are excellent, and when they installed them they took care to replace wood or fix trim, without charging me for it. They gave me the second-lowest bid of all the companies I looked at and their service was outstanding. I've now had the windows for a couple of years. I had an issue with the trim on the sliding door. They came out right away to fix the door and noticed that the blinds inside the windows were not going up and down smoothly. So they replaced the doors! I hadn't even asked them to do this. I know it's a competitive environment in the window replacement area, but Dutch's is just the best.

The work went really well.Gary the owner called to let me know that the material was in and we set it up for the next day.The crew was running late but they called to let me know what was going on.Crew did a great job on the tear off and installation.Tom the salesman was great to work with.I would highly recommend this company to who ever needs siding work done.I will be hiring them again to fix the rest of the siding that was damaged by the hail.

After looking at other products we called Dutch’s and were very impressed with Tom, in sells, and what the Amerimax windows had to offer. Quality product with no high pressure sells tactics. We ordered. They came in earlier than expected and were installed within the week. Chris, our installer, is a journeyman, taking great pride in his work. Clean, quite and polite, couldn’t ask for any better. Also, can’t say enough about Gary, Dawn and Emily in the office. They go above and beyond. What a nice company to work with! Gary was easy to communicate with and showed up on time for the estimate. His prices were competitive and fair. I've never seen such a detailed estimate - he really took his time to prepare it and make it understandable. The door came in within the estimated time frame. The installers were on time. They were fast workers and no small talk; they did a good job. I'm very happy with the quality of the Provia front door and storm door - really nice. I'd recommend this company.

It went very well. The installer was very detailed with his install. He made sure the windows were put in and sealed and looked good to! The sales person gave us a demonstration before we bought windows so we knew about the window. We are very happy with the windows. It is helping with sun rays and reduction in outside noise as well. They look beautiful.

Gary and his team were awesome. Very professional, personable, no hassle, and affordable. They performed the work in a day and we've been very happy with the new windows-very high quality.

Its not often where I feel fortunate to find a quality provider like Gary and his team. Installed 14 windows in 1 day with amazing quality and workmanship! Installers were very professional, knowledgable and worked very diligently to complete the job before the first snow arrived the following day. Arrived at 8:00AM and worked very hard throughout the day with no breaks or lunch. I did not recommend this in anyway its just how they do their work. Gary always available to answer questions, provide assistance and responsive in every way. He says he runs a honest business and backs it up with his actions. Can't recommend these folks enough. A credit to Angie's list for sure.

A dog ripped my screen to my sliding glass door that Dutch's had originally installed about 8 years ago. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new unit and they came out and replaced the screen part of the door and did not charge me at all! It was under no warranty at all and they still did it free of charge! The people are so nice. I am really impressed with them! Quality people that do quality work!

Excellent service, high quality products. Attentive to needs and very professional. I have used Gary Dutch's company in past for several Amerimax window replacements at my condo which I moved from last summer. Again excellent service and quality products.

I had them twice, once in the fall and maybe a month the next spring. They are the same as the other guys.

It went well, I initially bought the windows and and scheduled the install. The install took about a day and a half. I did not like the obscure window in my bathroom, It did not look to me to be the same as the brochure showed it, Gary came out with samples of my options and I chose a different style glass. The glass was replaced at no cost to me. I could not ask for better and would use them again in a heart beat.

We scheduled a free in-home estimate with Gary Dutch to replace two entry doors and were very pleased with his service! He was very friendly and courteous. We had a lot of options to consider and many questions, but Gary was very patient with us in answering our questions and helping us with our decisions. He left us with a few different options to consider with completed quotes. When asked about a time frame for completion, Gary informed us that it would take about eight weeks total to allow the doors to be manufactured, delivered and installed. Once my wife and I made our final decision, he was ready to place the order for our new doors. Unfortunately, there was an unforeseen delay with the manufacturer that changed the timeline for completion of the project. Gary was "stuck in the middle" of a difficult situation, but we kept in touch on the status every few days. Because of the delay, he offered us an additional discount and eventually threw in two new Schlage handsets w/ deadbolts that closely matched our existing locks that we were planning to reuse. Twelve weeks since signing contract and our doors were being installed! The two men who installed our doors arrived exactly when they were scheduled. They were courteous as well and did excellent work installing our doors! It took them around 5-1/2 hours to properly replace our two old doors (plus remove and reinstall our front security door). They cleaned up the areas where they worked very thoroughly afterwards. As one of the installers was finishing loading up their equipment, the other showed my wife and I the work that was completed and checked each lock set with the keys. He also gave me a thank you letter from Gary, Completion Certificate, Manufacturer's Warranty info and Invoice. He processed the CC payment via phone with their office and thanked us for doing business with Dutch's Home Improvement, before departing. Overall, we were very pleased with the process from start to finish (even with the unexpected delay) and would highly recommend Dutch's Home Improvement to anyone!

The workers did a great job and it looks wonderful. I won't have to worry about painting anything. All the materials were cleaned up so I had no mess. Gary Dutch is a super nice man and kept me updated as to when my siding would be in and the work started. I highly recommend Dutch's Home Improvement and would call them again if I had any work I needed done.

The owner explained every detail of the work to be done and showed me the materials and choice of colors. He responded promptly and was very professional and friendly. The workers were very skillful and professional. They answered all my questions in detail. They were very polite and their work was exceptional.

Gary Dutch came to the house to find out what we had in mind for this project. At all times he was very professional. He kept us well informed throughout the process and was always available in case we needed a question answered. Jesse and Joe did the actual work at our house. They were also great. Very professional, good at what they do, and always cleaned up the work area. They respected our home and overall did a fantastic job. We love the new windows and the new trim around the other three. I would definitely use Dutch's Home Improvement again and would recommend them to everyone.

It was competitively price. They were very good to work with. They showed me their windows; sample of their windows and compared them with some other windows that I had. They worked with me and they were very precise.
