Description of Work: Gary's employee, Jesse did an outstanding job of finishing my home. The house looks terrific. The house not only looks good but the entire house is warmer.

Description of Work: They replace damaged siding and gable vent. Also repaired/replaced siding and T Channel damaged from previous utility workers. They did a great professional job. The work appointments were rescheduled a number of time but most were unavoidable (weather, fires etc.)

Description of Work: Fixed the patio sliding door so it would easily lock and slide smoothly. Great job that didn't cost an arm and a leg just to come out. Would highly recommend!!

Description of Work: We purchased a 50's rancher two years ago and recently discovered that the attached patio cover was rotted out. Not only that but the original patio cover was built very poorly - gutter was covered, they had bashed in the eaves to attach the cover to the beams, the pitch was inadequate, the flashing was wrong, etc. Obviously, the original had never been permitted. Perry Dutch and his crew did a fantastic job removing the original mess and replacing it with a really beautiful awning which is fully permitted. You tend to think that an aluminum awning is a cheap substitute for a "good" wood awning. However, this is not the case. The awning has built in gutters, very attractive material, is fully integrated into the roof and eaves of our home, and has surpassed our expectations by 1000%. They went out of their way (including substituting some upgraded materials) to rush the job for us because we were expecting out of town guests. They also had a very professional engineering staff who worked out all the load factors, best place for the gutters, etc. We will be needing windows soon and hope to use Dutch's for this job as well. They probably aren't the very cheapest in town but were definitely reasonable and you really do get what you pay for. Also, our awning has a 20 years warranty on parts and labor so they definitely stand behind their work.

Description of Work: Dutch's replaced all of the windows in our home, including 2 sliding glass doors, 4 double-hung vertical windows, 2 double-hung horizontal windows, and 4 standard windows. They also installed a new storm door for our front door. The quality of the Amerimax windows is superior to the other brands we considered, and Dutch's customer service is outstanding. Everyone we dealt with, from Gary to Dan, the installer, to the office staff, were professional, friendly, and diligent in ensuring that we got exactly what we needed. I have recommended Dutch's to all of my family and friends, and we have called them for referrals for other home improvement services.
