Great experience with this company and owner Jeremy. The on time crew was very efficient getting the old fence removed and hauled away in under an hour. New posts were set and they returned next day to complete the new fence which looks fantastic. Very reasonably priced also. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic, Bonnie came out and did the estimate quickly and professionally. They put me on the schedule about two weeks away and arrived promptly. I met with them to further explain what was needed and how they could re-use the work that I had already done. They completed approximately 100 feet of fencing and used the metal postmaster posts instead of the 4x4 wooden posts and the pre-stained pickets like the ones I had used previously with my repair work. The previous fence had actually moved a bit and they installed the new fencing EXACTLY as I wanted it, using both the pickets I wanted and the metal posts. They finished up in two days, cleaned up, and I am VERY pleased with the results. My neighbor will most likely also hire them to replace their fencing as well. pretty good. got job done quickly, showed up on time. new section of fence looks great. my only complaint was the repair of a coupled of rails on the moved fence might have been more professionally done by replacing said rails. the owner was very nice and left me some spare pickets. would use again.

They worked on the weekend after the weather caused a delay on the Friday scheduled apt. The job was done as requested, done quickly and the fence looks great. Definitely will hire again in the future

Jeremy was easy to work with and did an excellent job with quality workmanship and materials. I provided detailed specifications for what I wanted done, and Jeremy responded with recommendations that would make the end result more reliable short and long term. I accepted his proposal and we scheduled the work. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The only negative was that I had to remind Jeremy of a couple of the written requirements to complete the job, including a rope tie point to keep the trailer gate open in windy conditions. However he took care of those requirements immediately with no complaint. Months later I contacted Jeremy to ask him to adjust one of the gates that was not latching. He came out quickly, adjusted all of the gates, and fixed a bent latch that was apparently caused by our own mishandling, perhaps in a high wind situation. There was no charge for the adjustment and repair, and Jeremy gave us a detailed report on what he found and what he did to bring everything back to perfection. I would definitely recommend Diamondback Fence Company for any fence installation, upgrades or repair. Just put all of your requirements in writing, as there are a lot of details that need to be agreed to and reviewed while the work is being done. You will be pleased with the results.

Diamondback was very professional and did very good work. Jeremy checked in with us frequently and made sure we were satisfied. They left the site clean as well. We needed a special end on the fence to cover the neighbors yard and did it exactly.

We called Diamond Back to set up an appointment for a estimate on a new split rail fence for the home we are building in Peyton. We set the appointment up for Saturday the 25th of April at 12:00, unfortunately they never showed up. We waited until 1:00 for them, called left message saying we were there and NOTHING!!!! This appointment was not made last minute, it was set up two weeks prior to the appointment date and time. I would not ever consider this company again.

Jeremy Brown arrived on time for the estimate. I explained that I needed a 4 foot high, 3-rail split rail fence with wire on the inside for my dog. It also needed to meet HOA standards. We needed to complete the fence prior to (or as soon as possible after) moving into the house we'd just purchased. Jeremy walked the yard, listened closely to what our needs were and made reasonable, cost effective recommendations. The yard had some challenges--lots of trees, curving landscape lines and a steep slope across the back of the yard. He also indicated that he'd completed a fence for one of the neighboring yards so he was familiar with the HOA. He also indicated that he could work us into his schedule and complete the work before our scheduled move date. Jeremy stayed in communications throughout the process. His team arrived early on the scheduled morning and Jeremy walked the yard with me to finalize all the work that would be done. They hand-dug all the post holes and all posts were set in 2 feet of concrete. Jermey was able to resolve all the layout issues, working around the trees and the curved landscaping as well as the steep slope in the back. All the gates were built on-site and really present a finished look to the fence. One of the three gates was on the rear slope so I know that would be more challenging than the two on the flat parts of the yard. It came out perfectly too. They completed all the work per the schedule that we'd agreed to. The fence came out great. One of the neighbors, who was unhappy that we were installing a fence, even admitted it looked good. And, most importantly, the dog is really happy, too. Thanks Jeremy for a great job. I would recommend Jeremy unconditionally for any fencing needs you might have.

Unlike other places we contacted for a quote, they responded pretty quickly with a quote that was reasonable. We added a few changes after getting the initial quote, and so they had to revise the quote, but did so without any complaint. They were very easy to work with and dependable (can't say that about other contractors we've worked with). They showed up when they had said and the job took about two and a half days (as they had estimated). I wouldn't hesitate to call Diamondback again for future fencing needs.

They were delayed a day because of weather the previous day, but didn't communicate this to us, so I waited all afternoon with no one showing up. Called twice with no response until the next day. When they did contact us they were friendly and proffessional, but it would have been nice to know they weren't coming the day they said they would. Otherwise good service. We have used them before without any problems.

They were excellent. My neighbor across the street came over and wanted to get it done. They gave us a discount, because they could come and do both of ours at the same time as we are literally across the street from one another. That was very nice; we would have used them anyway. They came in, gave me a quote, and they stuck to the quote. They gave me options; they said if they use this size pipe I will have this much of a warranty, if they use a smaller pipe then probably it won't last as long but it is less expensive. They came in and took down my old fence. The only thing they didn't do was to haul away the old fence, because it was an old wooden fence. But it worked out good, because I fixed the rest of the wood fence. I now have privacy fence on the two sides. So I had all the old pieces, and another company came and hauled the rest of it away. It worked out well, but it was one little thing that they didn't do that they said they would. They did haul away my neighbor's fence. But they came in and did an excellent job. They had somebody come out and check for gas lines, which I wouldn't have even thought of. They didn't charge me for it, but had them marked up near the house where I had the fence just to make sure. I have gates on a driveway. They put in the gate and it works fine. They really did a professional job. The only thing was they left; they were going to come back and remove my old fence, and they never ended coming back for it. But it worked out good. I should have called them and told them that they forgot the fence. After a week, I thought that I could really use those pieces. I didn't remind them; I could have done that. I am sure they would have come out if I had reminded them. I would use them again in the future.
