+ -1 morePaul first came here 4 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. He was wonderful. We have used him on several occasions. This trip was to replace the hot water heater. We discussed all options and warranties.He was knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned up after job was completed.
Description of Work: Paul discussed different hot water heaters and warranties. He installed new hot water heater as well as removing old. He also replaced gas flex lines and shut off valves for furnaces.He also replaced house water filter.

+ -1 morePaul gave a bid but not in writing. This became an issue when there was a differing opinion on the scope of work. He did honor the verbal bid however. The toilet drain was set too high so I can only use a wax ring and not one with the plastic insert. Paul reversed the hot and cold lines to the shower control. I corrected this problem by reversing the lines at the manifold. This is a problem because the hot water lines were insulated. Now I have a hot water line that is not insulated bundled with cold water lines. This decreases energy efficiency.
Description of Work: Plumbed new bathroom.
