Day Electric

We hired Eric to perform a large project. We renovated our older home and required a complete service upgrade along with lighting install, Cat5 re-wiring among various other issues. Eric himself was rarely on the project, instead sending unskilled laborers to handle it in his absence without direct supervision. There were many days without workers showing up or calling me or the GC. As a result, the project went off schedule nearly immediately. He was very slow to respond to calls. Ultimately, he left the project without returning any of the money that he had been paid. He never responded to phone calls subsequently. My GC ultimately tracked him down and he refused to A) finish the project, B) return any money or C) inform the electrician I had to hire to replace him how he had wired anything. This led to unnecessary expense. It was perhaps the most unprofessional situation I have ever experienced and I am likely going to have to sue him.

Fast, friendly service! Eric quickly diagnosed the problems and made the repairs. He fixed everything that we asked him to repair and all in one trip. Very reasonably priced and excellent work!
