Description of Work: Poor Poor Poor customer service. The fence fell down between the properties during a wind storm on Nov 12, 2011. I am the homeowner of the one property( 2060 Wickes Rd) and Davidson Management Group owns the other(2050 Wickes Rd). I went to home depot and purchased a roll of orange temporary fencing and put it up until a new fence could be installed. Davidson Management Group was contacted and Shane Meyer came out to assess the damage. He was arrogant, rude, disrespectful to me and said he had to use "his people" to submit bids. I offered to submit some bids and he said "this would not work since it had to be approved through the "home owner." I later found out the "home owner" was the owner of "Davidson Management Group." After a month of not hearing from Shane I called Davidson Properties and received 2 unacceptable bids. Both bids were to use the same wood from the fence that had fallen down and the posts had broken off at the ground level. They were un acceptable since the wood was rotted. One of the bids was from Davidson Property Group and I said it was not acceptable since the property was owned by Mr Davidson. , I want the fence fixed correctly so I will not have to be concerned with it falling over in the next wind storm. The Management Group obviously wants the fence rigged and wants to pay the least amount of money to have it fixed since the property is a rental . I got my own 2 bids and both are in the $600 range. Also a third post needs to be replaced as well.
