Description of Work: Had an appointment to have Daniel come to our home to wash windows. He was somewhat rude the first time I spoke with him, but overlooked that thinking he was having a bad day. He was able to get me in quickly, but the day of the service, he says he wrote down the wrong address, so would not be able to do the job. No offers to reschedule, no apologies, no offers of other folks I could call. I will discourage all my friends from using him, and would not recommend his services if you have any other choice. NOT RELIABLE at all, and certainly not a personality I want to know for future.

When I got to the subdivision in question, I realized that the address I had was wrong. I specifically asked for a phone number that someone would be at, at the time of the appointment, for just such a circumstance. The number she gave me was her cell. She was at work and couldn't answer. I was left with no option but to call it a day. I live one hour and fifteen minutes from her residence and when we finally connected, it was 6 o'clock. I offered to reschedule but that did not work for her. As I recall, the wrong information was my fault. For that I again apologize. I have been in continuous business for 31 years. I have missed 4 appointments due to error on my part. I have rescheduled a total of 6 days of work due to illness and approximately 2 weeks due to injury. Sincerely, Daniel Golovach

My home is 3+ levels with large windows very high above the ground. Daniel is, and has always been, an excellent window washer. He is a very competent professional, highly affordable, and unfailingly reliable.
Description of Work: Daniel Golovach cleans all my 75+ windows and door panels both inside and out quarterly.
