Custom Floor Design

Reggie did a fantastic job. He made great suggestions for our design too. I have had bad experiences in the past with the installation of the grout. Reggie did a wonderful job. The grout was perfect and the tiles are flat - no raised edges or chips. Definitely would hire Reggie again. He's great to work with, very professional and dependable. The tile distributor gave us the wrong tile and even though it was not Reggie's fault, he exchanged it for us!

He bent over backwards and gave us a good price because of what the first contractor did to us. He did an excellent job installing the tiles. He knew what he was doing. He didn’t have to do the tile spaces and it still turned out perfect.

This was a difficult job, especially because he had to tear out all these thick, 20 year old tiles by hand (and saw)and completely rebuild the shower area behind the tiled walls. It looked like a bunker/fortress when he finished his preparation and i feel like it is structurally the strongest, safest, most leakproof place it could possible be. It felt like a cement wall that no water could ever get into or destroy. He did an incredible job cutting and fitting the tiles into difficult areas to tile around the sunken tub and he built an amazing bench in the shower and two shelves for soaps and "stuff." The floors are beautifully tiled and it is so great not to have carpet in those areas any longer. I feel like I am going to the spa everytime I bathe or shower.

He's a good expert at what he does. Clean up well. Good at communicated what was to be done during each day.

Reggie is very meticulous and is a very good man to work with. He is responsive and hard working. We would use him again in the future if needed.
