Graciously came back, quickly fixed it. The original work was great.

Very thorough & professional job, took several weeks overall but took care of the problem, from the outside source to the inside-attic issues. Did a very thorough, on-site, no-obligation free analysis & estimate up front. Had all the licenses, liability insurance, warranty etc. Very friendly, and knowledgable & scientific as far as these "critters" go.

Great on the phone. Came out right away. Did a thorough inspection and recommended a one-way door to allow a squirrel family to leave and not re-enter. Was concerned about the size of the babies and took precautions to ensure they were able to get out on their own and not die when mama left and couldn't get back in. After all squirrels exited, they came back and sealed off all openings and mitigated other possible entry points. Great to work with. I did not receive their invoice immediately through the computer system and called them to ensure the bill was paid. They also sent pictures of each item fixed. No more squirrels! Thank you!

I received email with promise to call the next day. That was weeks ago. I sent a follow up email and received a response very quickly blaming lack of employee help. So they can respond to emails, but they don't actually do phone calls when they promise and don't set a time to do the job. Waste of my time.

Installed two one-way doors on attic holes to remove squirrels that had invaded my attic for over a year. Once the squirrels were gone which was fairly fast, they came back and sealed the holes with metal flashing. Issac even painted some of the more visible flashing to match the house. Squirrels are gone. Holes covered. Happy homeowner!

Went well except for our dog eating the rat poison. They come back and provided more traps which we put in the front yard where the dog couldn't get them.

Assessed the home with multiple photos and made suggestions regarding where steps should be taken to prevent rodent access and took multiple photos to document places of potential rodent access. Set out poisonous bait outside the foundation (as well as spraying inside)...resulted in at least one rodent death.

It went very well, I'm just wondering why they haven't called me back. It seems like it has been longer but I honestly don't know. But, when they came out, they did a very good job. They were excellent. I liked that it was local, the owner was there. They were very thorough and cleaned everything. They showed me additional service that I needed but I really needed it. They were very good.

Excellent work. They were punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. They came back to complete some additional work, and this was done professionally and at a reasonable price. They worked with us to schedule times that were convenient for us.

All of the guys from Critter Control were super professional in their dealings with us. They were concerned for our situation and were upfront with us about everything. They were here when they said they would be, and were very concerned for our comfort throughout the process. They weren't able to match our wall textures, as they were hand textured walls, but they told us that upfront, so we were able to line someone up for that part of the job right away. They did a great job of repairing the damage to our home, and did it in a way that should (hopefully) prevent further raccoon break-ins. We would have trusted them to do the work even in our absence.

It was great. We had some ants reappear and they came back and haven’t seen any ants since. They gave me an estimate to fix things where they thought critters could come in and it was extremely high. The price was wonderful. They are going to come twice a year to spray.

They are too expensive for the services they provide and the quality of those services. I was offered a discount on services in exchange for a good review during the initial phone call and again during their inspection. I declined the discount offer as this goes against the main principle of Angie?s List success. I selected this company from Angie's List because the posted reviews were current for this calendar year and their competitors were from last year. They inspected my property (for free) and then gave me a list of all the possible entry points for squirrels. I was not expecting a critique of my roof and vents - all of which passed a regional inspection when installed. And having moved from an area of established trees and lots of squirrels and never having an issue with my vents or roof I felt it was a strong sales pitch. I agreed to have a one-way cage installed for one week and permanent flashing installed to cover the gaps in the roof structure and caulked into place. They requested payment in full when the cage was installed and 2 of the 3 roof access points were closed with flashing. I declined and only paid part of the fee, as I don?t pay in full until work is completed. On the day they were to come and remove the cage and install the last pieces of flashing, I stated that I was concerned that if the closure wasn't done right I would trade a squirrel issue for insects, like bees. I was told that is precisely why they charge more for their services than other companies; "they could handle it". On their return visit they asked if final payment would be made before they even started working. They were assured that they would receive payment when the work was completed. The cage had been attached to a roof eave with screws. Once the cage was removed the screw holes were not patched. And a large amount of caulk was left attached to the gutter, which can be seen from the walkway. Rather than fabricate the flashing to fit the area and close up the gaps LOTS of caulk was used. So much caulk, it can see it in the photos they took with their iPad. The total charge was >$500 for less than 3.5 man-hours. Clearly the workmanship wasn?t in line with their fee. I would advise anyone before you select a company to ask about whether they actually have a construction background and specifics on attaching cages to your home. I would also decline to do business with a company that offers a discount for a favorable review or asks for payment in full before work is completed.

Provided pictures of where we should make changes in order to prevent either. Made recommendations for screen purchases in a few places, gave a estimate for them to perform the services but did not give any pressure. David was very helpful in explaining the different habits of the ants I have and how he was going to spray against them. Because of the continuing ant problem in my backyard it is likely that I will be using their service on a regular basis. The chemicals he used were also "green" so I didn't need to worry about them affecting my dogs.

He was first of all very prompt, and inspected and explained everything in detail, and provided paperwork with details of the cost and inspection. The cost of service is for the additional work I am going to have completed for the problems I have had.

It went well. They were out twice and only charged me for the one visit. They also replaced the caps on all vents that were outside. The new vents are much better. Some of the old ones were broken. David was very professional and courteous as was Ike. I would use them again for sure.

I didn't deal with them directly but my partner did. He was very good and very responsive. He put two traps out and checked the traps every day. We caught several skunks and raccoons and a couple of cats that he let go. We still have two of his traps here. He is a very easygoing guy and I think that his rates are reasonable. I think that I read about him on Angie's List, and that is one of the reasons why I went to him.

The job went perfect. The guy who came was really great, everything was really great. I would definitely recommend them.

Second time we've used the service. He came out the same day called, right on time. Quick, thorough, professional. Gave estimates on other suggested work without being pushy.
