The saddles and railing turned out fantastic. Danny Jensen and his team is very accommodating and easy to work with. No job is too small.

Less that a year after installation I noticed the powder coat on the rail was flaking off. I contacted my deck contractor. He indicated he would contact Creative Fabrications. He got back to me and indicated they were aware of the ssue and agreed to fix it. Creative Fabrications asked if it could wait until after the busy season. I agreed. In October I followed up with my contractor. He later informed me that Creative Fabrication refused to correct the hand rail. Creative Fabrications was indicating the warranty period was over. If their warranty on workmanship is less that 1 year I would refuse to do business with them.

Porch and deck railing went very well -- no complaints. Handrails on stairs were nice but installation was not very secure at first -- better communication would have helped there, but most homeowners wouldn't know enough about it to talk about it intelligently beforehand, so I understand why it didn't happen. Handrail installation was promptly and courteously resolved. Next time I'll discuss the design of the handrails up front and get exactly what I want. He is capable of fabricating about anything iron, any way you like it, and takes pride in his work. I had used him many years previous to this job and was extremely pleased to find him again after loosing his contact info. Skilled and conscientious craftsman.

The estimates were completed very quickly and the installation occurred within a few weeks. We visited their shop and they explained the materials they would be using for the window well covers as well as the railing they would use. We are very happy with the quality of the railing and the covers. The installation went very smoothly. We would definitely use them in the future for any related work.

Kept appointment to plan the design. We're realistic about how Lon it would take, and built the railing exactly as anticipated. Good choices were provided. Excellent craftsmanship. Deliver on schedule.

It went very well. We caused the problem by running the water full-force after we had removed the timer/regulator during the winter. We called in the problem during a weekend. Chad came on Monday, quickly diagnosed the problem and also suggested that a pressure regulator be installed in the line to prevent it from happening again in case we were to again run the water without the timer/regulator. He scheduled the repair for the next day, came promptly, fixed the problem and installed a regulator in the line. He is very competent, pleasant, and easy to deal with. (We do not yet know the cost, since we have not yet received their statement; but previous landscaping work they did was reasonably priced.)

The installation went well; however, there were delays. At the time of the estimate, they expected to make the installation in 2-3 weeks, but it took about 6 weeks. After about 6 months, a small area of the railing's coating stared to crack and flake. It took about 5 months to get it repaired. However, other than the one flaking area, we were impressed with the quality of the railing, and the repaired one (installed 3 months ago) seems fine. The railing was under a 1-year warranty, and they honored that with no questions. Also, the company was going through some situations that contributed to the delays, and things may have smoothed out since then. They were very easy to talk with and - although I would ask up front about their ability to do the work in a timely manner - they would be my first choice to do similar work in the future.

Awesome work! Could not be happier with the results. They helped us design and choose the powder coat color for the railings and doors to fit the era of our home. The quality of the work is EXCELLENT! Can't wait to have them do more work for us.
