CPR Cell Phone Repair Colorado Springs

This has been a fantastic experience! I've never repaired a phone before and didn't know how to proceed. Bob not only helped me figure out what exactly I needed, he empathized with my situation and assured me it would all be ok! I feel confident recommending his team:)

I thought I was going to have to spring for a new cell phone when my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 stopped charging. Instead of going to the service provider, I checked Angie's List and found that CPR was only a mile from my home. I called them, explained that my cell phone does not charge when plugged in, and was told it was probably caused by a broken charging port, a common problem with this phone model. While I waited on the phone, they checked their stock and found that they did have the part I needed. They said the repair would take about two hours. I dropped my phone off with CPR, but waited while they did a quick charging test and found that my own diagnosis was correct. Less than two hours later, they called me at home and told me it was ready. Since then, it has been working well. The fee was reasonable, and they accept credit cards. They impressed me as being quite knowledgeable about cell phones, very professional and true to their word about how long the repair would take. There was only one policy I was slightly uncomfortable with. They requested a $35 dollar deposit, which was fine, but explained that it is a non-refundable deposit, to cover their time spent diagnosing and attempting to repair it, even it turns out to be beyond repair. I agree with paying them to at least try, but $35 seems a little high, a full third of the total charge.

When callers could only hear static on my end of my iPhone 4, I figured it would be a costly repair. The guys at CPR tried three different (free!) things that might solve the problem before determining it did indeed need the microphone replaced. They had it done in less than 2 hours at a cost of only $75. They were friendly and professional and, while I hope my phone doesn't need any more repairs, I will use them again should the need arise.

Great - very responsive in diagnosing the problem (bulging, bad battery). They promptly fixed it, for a very fair price.

we brought my daughter's i-phone in for repair as it had stopped working with our service provider, T-mobile. The technician quickly isolated the problem and even upgraded the software on the device. Great service and super team of professionals.

Unfortunately the device was not repairable, but they offered to purchase the device and use it for parts for future repairs to other game systems. This allowed us to at least recover some of the money spent for the device so that we'll be able to go purchase another one. The staff at the store is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any cell phone/electronic repairs.
