If you need your stucco repaired and painted, don't call anybody else. Confident Coatings is THE BEST! We had new windows installed in Feb. 2023 - Bart (the owner) got us scheduled immediately and his crew (Carlos and Ramon) repaired the stucco around each window. The painting started in mid March and the same crew prepped and painted. The weather was a little bit fickle so there were a few days of delay, but the end product was fantastic. Our house looks brand new! I cannot say enough good things about the work crew. They were extremely professional, responded to every question and request, and went above and beyond. The owner Bart made sure that we found the right trim color to match our new windows, and we couldn't be happier with the choice.

I can't say enough good things about this business! I contracted with them to stucco the exterior of my house and paint the doors, gutters, and wood trim. My primary contact, Patrick Rafferty, was really great to work with throughout the process from estimate to completion. He quoted me a reasonable price, helped me choose my color scheme, and checked in with me nearly every day while the work was being done. The stucco crew was incredibly hard-working and skilled. And while applying stucco is a messy job, they cleaned up the work areas at the end of each application phase so I could safely get my dog in and out of the house to do her business. The work was completed in less than 3 weeks, and the result is spectacular. CC&E is probably the best contractor I've worked with in my 30+ years of home repair and home improvement projects.

We have a beatiful "new" stucco and stone home all thanks to Patrick Rafferty & his company, Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc! Patrick's customer service was excellent, including daily visits to the job site and color and design consultations. All of the work crews consisted of hard-working, polite and helpful men who showed up consistenly on the day promised by Patrick. The stucco and stone work quality was excellent as was the trim painting and really every detail of the project exceeded our high expectations. Our Confident Coatings project finished exactly on-time and perfectly on-budget. Patrick and his team went above and beyond. We can highly recommend Confident Coatings without ANY reservations.

Confident Coatings & Exteriors was a great company to work with. You will not regret it. We mainly dealt with Bart (one of the owners with his brother Patrick), who provided a good education of what Stucco Repair would entail. We chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating (10 times the thickness of paint per Internet research) vs the patchwork repair of the traditional concrete stucco patches. Our stucco house is 20 years old and we could see cracks forming where water seepage would occur and other areas where the stucco was already flaking off due the freezing and thawing climate where we live. Bart also accommodated a 2nd free visit to further review their process after I got further information from 3 other stucco repair bids. In the end we chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating. The house looks brand new and the stucco is now sealed from water seepage with the Seal Crete and Elastomeric stucco coating and 50 year caulk sealant where needed. Confident Coatings provides a 10 year warranty which no other contractor offered. Bart's responsiveness via text messaging and phone calls was always quick, clear, and professional. The crew's foreman (Carlos) who had been with Bart for 20+ years was likewise professional and bent over backwards to ensure all of our questions and needs were satisfied. I've dealt with landscaper contractors, septic field contractors, deck repair/rebuild contractors, fence & gate contractors, and furnace repair contractors. Bart and his crew with Confident Coatings was easily head and shoulders above any of them in all aspects of quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness. Henceforth for us, there is very little need to get other bids for the other services Confident Coatings offers (interior & exterior painting, etc). I'm sure that we will choose Confident Coatings every time.

My experience with Confident Coatings was excellent! I requested a quote for repairs and Bart, one of the owners, came out. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. He gave me a quick lesson in stucco basics which was very informative. We set up a time for the following week for the work to begin. Carlos and Ramon were the crew assigned to my house. The first day they power washed the entire house. The second day they removed damaged stucco and repaired it (they even dug down below the level of the dirt up against the house!) and repaired and caulked all of the trim. The third day they taped the house, sprayed two coats of elastameric coating on the stucco and painted all of the trim. Carlos and Ramon were fast AND exacting! They are true craftsmen who really care about the job they're doing. Everything was beautifully done and the clean-up was meticulous. I couldn't be happier with the way my house turned out and would highly recommend Confident Coatings to anyone who needs to stucco repairs done!

The CC team was great! They moved the things that we in the way and put them back in place. They not only repaired and painted the area that needed repair, but they also painted the rest of the stucco on my house for the same price (my whole house is not stucco). Patrick was awesome. I was running up against the deadline for my insurance claim expiration and he was very busy. He found a way to fit me in his busy schedule and got the work done also before it was too cold to complete. I had forgotten to clear the porch area and they moved it out of the way and put it back with no complaints. Patrick sent me pictures of the final results. Everything went great. Confident Coatings will definitely be my first stop when I'm ready to repaint the house and trim. Thank you Patrick!

Confident Coatings & Exteriors did an outstanding job with the stucco repairs and painting of our home. It started with a detailed estimate by Pat that covered all of the work to be performed, products and warranty. The crew arrived promptly each the morning, announced themselves, worked efficiently & thoroughly each day, cleaned up daily, and told us at the end of the day that they were departing. The end result was an exterior that revived our home giving it a fresh new look. The stucco repair technique used by the team fixed all of the settling cracks, and hail damage endured over the last 12 years. Amazing and incredible experience, and outstanding customer service from the entire Confident Coatings & Exteriors team. We are customers for life and will call Confident Coatings & Exteriors first for future services.

The job went great. We had to delay because of snow but they arrived on time and were courteous and cleaned up each day. They were careful to protect our flowers which were just starting to emerge. The work was excellent and our home looks new! It is 22 years old. Pat was very easy to work with and honored the Angie's list coupon. We changed the color of the trim and Pat did excellent paint matching. We would highly recommend them.

10 minutes ago-Edit Initial meeting with Confident Coatings, “Bart”, went well. Scheduled the work a month later but he never showed. No contact. Irritated because it cost me a day of work. I emailed and he claimed he was backed up. He said he would contact to reschedule which never happened. I emailed them again and made another appointment in the future. The day of the scheduled appointment the Confident Coatings showed at a random time to do a survey according to a family member because I want there, againno email or call just showed up. I have no idea what was surveyed. The following day before leaving for work, I noticed two broken English speaking guys in a work truck on the side of my house pulling out equipment. No call or even coming to my door to inform they were there. I asked to speak to their supervisor and things went south from there. I told them to leave. Not a peep out of the company. Extremely poor business practices. Not sure how they are getting so many positive reviews. Not Recommended.

All went amazingly well. Bart was always in contact, either in person or via phone/text. His crew. led by Mike, did an outstanding job! They were skilled craftsmen and very polite and helpful.

Pat, the owner, was pleasant, professional, and spent extra time helping me provide the HOA with the information they required. Two men painted the exterior of my house in 2 days and were punctual, efficient, and hardworking. When the job was completed, Pat, the main painter, and I walked around the house checking for any needed touch- ups.

Beautifully! We were absolutely thrilled with the results, from beginning to end. The owner of the company came before the workers to review what work would be done, and gave an outline of the timeline. The two painters arrived as promised, being very professional and friendly. Our house was repaired exactly as outlined on the contract. The owner brought paint for us to confirm the color before any painting was done. When we weren't sure about color for the garage door, we selected several colors and samples were applied to the door. There was no pressure to pick a color immediately, allowing us to choose the color with confidence. Ditto for the trim color. The Painters always arrived in the AM when they said they would, got right to work, were focused on our job, cleaned up each day, were friendly, and left our yard in perfect condition. The Owner stopped by to check on our satisfaction regularly. We have a 10 year warranty on the paint. The Stucco has an elasticine paint product that seals the stucco from moisture and UV fading. We are completely satisfied with this work, the company, and the workers.

Owned six homes over the years. This is the best experience ever. The owner was on the property checking what was being done. the workers were professional, cooperative and easy to work with. I would recommend highly and I would certainly hire again for future projects!
