+ -1 moreWent awesomely well. Install was quick, clean and professional in every regard. The new Lennox furnace with the central air will make life much more comfortable for our tenants.
Description of Work: We have a thirty year old rental property that needed a new furnace. Tenants were spending a boatload of money on their heating bill with the old inefficient furnace. We got several estimates and Mark at Comfort Technologies came up with the best bid for the Lennox 95% efficient furnace. We decided to install central air at the same time and selected a Lennox 14 ACX unit.

+ -1 moreThey did a very thorough and a fantastic job and if there is any issue they come up again like recently the guy from the company was telling us to run the fan on the unit all the time even during the winter. When we turned it on, it wasn't working properly so the guy from the company came and checked and fixed the problem. He didn't charge us for that. They stayed in contact with us so if there are any issues that come up in the future we can always call them.
Description of Work: I used Comfort Technologies Inc for heating and ac. They installed a brand new air conditioner and replaced our furnace.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent and I had an excellent experience with them. They guy replaced the furnace and also put air conditioner in the house. They were affordable and I had a positive experience with them. The guy who came was friendly, and he did a good job. The price was below the others. They were very competitive. I have never had any problems with them. The guy was very supportive and he answered all the questions I had. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I used Comfort Technologies LLC a year ago to put in a new furnace.
